It's not necessarily the software. I wish I had better knowledge of the functionality of the software when originally built - I would have redesigned things for my team a bit differently.

Ecteon is extremely responsive and easy to work with. They have worked with us to customize contract data needs and have also demonstrated additional workflow functionality and upgrades that add value to their offering. They have great continuity of service with their sales, technical and business leaders having been with Ecteon for many years.

Contraxx is very user friendly and can be readily customized to meet the needs of the organization. Our organization uses Contraxx as a data repository with data elements captured in our data warehouse for easy combination with other data from across the organization. I appreciate being able to search thousands of documents for key phrases and to provide the organization with visibility into their contracts.

We are using an older version, so query management is not as nimble as I would prefer.
