Good Team, Platform lacking

We enjoyed our experience with G.T., although wish that rates could have been better and the claims experience be made more streamlined.

PROS

Our rep. at Global Tranz, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was an awesome guy. He was always very open and honest with concerns and helped get our pricing to the best level he could. While G.T. does offer a wide variety of carriers, the rates can be found better elsewhere.

CONS

Claims process was truly the most painful part of working with this platform. Third party insurance was involved and we had to deal with them instead of it all being built into GT. This operation created communication issues and claim denials.
