Lessen our warehouse operation burden by digitalization
Warehouse operation data becomes centralised and visible for everyone. Order accuracy highly improved. We will expand the system usage to other projects as well.
PROSlogi-cloud has professional functions which fully fulfilled our warehouse operations needs. It helps managing our orders and inventory by digitalized way. By fetching orders from Shopify, Amazon and WooCommerce automatically, logi-cloud centralized all the orders which make it easier for us to manage the stock level. Equiped with recommended barcode scanner, we successully achieve 100% pick and pack accuracy and no more complains on wrong items or wrong quantity.
CONSI think it is still not perfect at this stage, however I can see the improvements after continuous system enhancements and several new features added in last couple weeks. It's probably the most valuable part of a Saas system.

Helps expanding our warehousing service level and capability
Very professional team who understand about our industry and daily works. The subscription model is right fit for our service model.
PROSit is a new kind of WMS compare to traditional one, with function and structure fit for 3PL. We could use it on B2B and B2C workflow handlings at the same time, and improved our productivity. Real-time scanning is very good and convenient. Saved a lot data entry works in warehouse.
CONSOperation app changed to Android from WinCE. We have to abundant old PDA and buy new ones.
Reasons for switching to logi-Cloud
To improve productivity, reduce error rate and need newer functions for new customers.

Lessen Manpower Burden and Improve Operations Performance
The team is reactive and care about customers' feedback. We issued a request for Pick by Class function which could facilitate our operations flow, and it's already go live in WMS now. It is the advantage that on-premises solutions cannot provide in short period of time but logi-Cloud SaaS WMS did it!
PROSAfter using logi-Cloud, it simplified many human administrative works, lessen the manpower workload as well as accelerated the operations cycle.
CONSThey don't have enough inventory alert for outbound order. We have told them our comments and hope it will be improved in the upcoming future.

User-friendly systems
Not difficult to use and provide a general function for API integration.
CONSSome specific functions are not existed of API documentation, such as cancelation. It's inflexible for B2B order of eCommerce section.
