Matrix Purchasing

Matrix Purchasing is a comprehensive stand-alone solution. We can combinate it with all programs in the Matrix range. Thanks to Matrix Purchasing, we can automatically generate purchase requisitions based on parts that have reached the replenishment limit, but also by direct creation of purchase orders for all types of non-coded and/or non-stocked products. We can also automatically groups the various supplier requisition lines to issue a single purchase order per supplier. For each line received in full or in part, compliance and outstanding balances are tracked. Thanks to invoice control tools, payment authorisation is issued with complete peace of mind.
