When you have an outdated point-of-sale system, options are limiting - NRG came through for us!

PROS

Our retail stores were still running on an old FileMaker Pro point-of-sale system that wouldn't integrate well with other UPS label generation software on Mac. NRG support was amazing at helping get everything working with our system and actually did custom programming to help make sure the integration was smooth. Mac systems are growing a bit more now, but 5+ years ago when we were looking to expand, there weren't many options out there.

CONS

Most of the cons for this would primarily land on our old POS system. The most issues we've had were stemmed from updates to the software but maintaining compatibility with our system and software.
