Love it
This system makes Procurement so much easier. It is easy to use from an agency standpoint and also easy for our vendors!
CONSI do wish that the roles were more customizable as well as wishing we could add banners when we want to announce things to our vendors.

Login issues every time accessing
The worst. Make a site that anyone can access. Bottom line!
PROSNothing. As a vendor, bidding on certain RFPs we are forced to use awful procurement sites like this. Our firm worked on an RFP for well over a week, many man hours were involved, the final step is to access opengov procurement and upload the docs.
CONSAfter over 2 days, 34 emails and still not being able to login we missed the submittal deadline. We attempted to login so may times, 4 different browsers, 3 different devices all attempted by different individuals. I cannot express how annoyed we are at sites like this. They do not give a sh*t if you submit your proposal or not.
