Easy System to use. Excellent Implementation Support. Custom Features to meet Business Requirements.
Our primary goal was of to provide greater visibility and ensure the safety of our workforce during high volume fault events. If for any reason communication was lost to an employee we could utilise Fleetsu to see their location and provide assistance if required.
PROSDuring the implementation phase, we develop some custom features that would minimise the ability for end users to deactivate the system. Working with Fleetsu on this was an excellent experience and the delivered in rapid time.
CONSThis is currently being resolved, but at the moment you must log a support ticket to add or remove a device.

Needed some work.
We used it for aprox. 6 years, we saw a lot of growing pains, with the technology changing so much at the time. It was getting better, then we moved to do to being bought out.
PROSI thought the routing part of the system was "ok", but it was a nice add-on.
CONSThe generation I was using was kind of complicated for our drivers 6 years ago

I felt that Rand McNally being the ones that put out the maps, their GPS would be very good.

We were bought out and that is what the new company used.

Rand McNally
I contacted the company sent device to them they sent it back with a new cord to charge but there was no change. They did not fix my problem or seem to care that their device could not stay alive.
PROSIt had a good mapping system or at least it seemed to.
CONSCould not keep up with team drivers maybe there was too many apps I am not sure but it could not keep itself charged when the 2nd driver was 1/2 way through their shift it would turn itself off.

Thought I would test it while Rand McNally was getting repaired & it worked just fine. Had to purchase another gps but that was ok. I will no longer ever be a Rand McNally customer as they do not stand behind their products

Great Australian made product and a great team
Quick and easy install options. Self service customisable controls. Competitive pricing.The team are awesome.
CONSGlitchy, more often than I like and most often when we go to use critical functions we find devices or software are failing us. Advanced warning system or notifications rather than self discovery could avoid frustrations. I would like to see more regular release of updates and improvements.

We have been working hard over the last 6-months to improve the overall user experience so I hope this is translating to your Users. FYI we do releases to Fleetsu every 2-weeks and we have a lot of new features and functionality planned for release in the early part of 2018. However, please feel free to log any improvement ideas via our Support portal and we'll be sure to review and comment on them.
