a great ecosystem for small bsuiness

The process does take time to set up properly, and there were some bugs in the early versions which meant we had a few issues with inventory, but these have all been ironed out. the developer was very supportive and responded quickly to issues.

PROS

The best feature of supply is that it works equally for both customer and supplier. The customer can order many brands off this platform, and the supplier can manage all orders, production, etc. on one complete platform. There is no data transfer or manual entry.

CONS

The reports are of a basic nature, and we had to implement our own add-on to help plan production to meet market demand. i believe this feature will improve with development of the program

Supply'd is a perfect find!

[sensitive content hidden] know how to explain things simply. No need for convoluted processes. Just help to get the job done as simply as possible.

PROS

We searched for a long time to find a new software solution that was Australian based and supported. Supply'd have been wonderful to deal with and very accommodating with all of our needs.

CONS

Obviously changing systems is hard. We get set in our old ways. More reporting and analysis features were needed but this has been addressed as the team are committed to making this a successful system for all users.

Needed more growth & modern adaptation. Web based. Australian compatible.
