How Vendora Product Transforms Supply Chain Functions (Order fulfillment to Delivery)

We had issues with managing and tracking the supply chain process from start to end as it was completely manual. The major challenge was the communication with the vendors. It was a challenging and time consuming one and flow of communication was surely not on track. When we implemented Vendora it wiped off all the set backs and automated all our vendor functions to keep on track of our business goals.

PROS

I would say that the whole modules in this product precisely automated my procurement & supply chain functional flow and I no longer need to worry about tracking my vendor's various supply chain functions. Vendora helped us to Track the vendor performance by various attributes to track the vendor efficiency. Various reports in the buyer and vendor dashboard display is a heads up to act accordingly.

CONS

The features are catering to all functions of a vendor management so there is nothing specific that we don’t like

Reason for choosing Vendora

On top of everything I would say that Vendora has most of all the modules needed for a supply chain automation. Vendora has the flexibility to integrate with any in house ERP like we did for SAP HANA. Cost and maintenance of using this product is very reasonable for considerable number of vendors. Apart from these advantages there is a Ticketing system featured as an added advantage to communicate among buyers and Buyers to vendors. Ticketing system tracks all the communication and speed up any issues that may arrive between buyers to vendors or among the buyers.

A good vendor connect tool for procurement users

Over all good and easy to use product, very simple and has user friendly forms, reports and dashboard.

PROS

Easy to use system, good product development team, Made procurement team life easy.

CONS

Vendor registration and qualification is done offline which is not applicable for our current business need.

Development of Vendor Collaboration Portal

Over all it is a good solution for managing vendors and our suppliers. Simple and it is user friendly for all users. The forms, reports and dashboard are good.

PROS

All the major activities related to Vendor is coming under one platform which includes multiple vendor modules.

CONS

Nothing to add on this as it meets all of our needs and being customized for more requirement.

Good Team and Good product support

Very flexible and easy to work upon. User friendly features and forms.

PROS

The design is very flexible and can be modified. The vision of the creator is very good. Fully scalable and adaptable.

CONS

Some of the forms need to improve for our business needs.
