Great product and customer service
Products are well built and should last a long time. Software is extremely useful to see where trucks are and what they are doing. Customer service is excellent!
PROSThe ease of use and ability to see in real time where trucks are at and what they are doing.
CONSTakes a few minutes to update from time to time and use of reports is difficult to set up initially to get the info you need.

Helpful and courteous staff, affordable, definitely helps with insurance rates.

Company of Frauds
Terrible, the ABSOLUTE worse vendor I've ever worked with. They overcharged what was quoted and will not respond to requests. I've asked for support for 38 days and have been ignored. They also charged for services we did not receive.
PROSBeing able to live stream cameras, although you have to refresh it about every minute.
CONSThe customer service, pricing, the accounting, the way they misspelled my own name.

Terrible customer service
The salemen were relentless in the quest for my business and promised the world. So far the customer service is terrible. The installer while being a real nice guy was allways in a hurry and there seems to be a disconnect between what vestige says will be done and what acctually gets done. The system was supposed to alert me when the pto is turned on and this feature was never installed on any of the vehicles.
PROSDuring the sales pitch they show amazing video and a lot of fuctionality. However when it comes to being user friendly it is not.
CONSThe customer service and time to set up the system and the length of time it takes to get a response from customer service.

Frustrated with System
Help desk, sales and installers have been great. Our issue with the reliability of the equipment has caused us to consider searching for alternative options.
PROSLike the ability to view in realtime the cameras on the trucks.
CONSUnreliable. Issues with bad SD cards cost us alot of time and money due to being unable to view damage activity we are being accused of.

Ability to pull data and view immediately without having to pull sdcard.
Reasons for switching to VestigeView
Trimble didn't provide video option. we deliver mainly to residential accounts. We felt need to install video so that we don't continue to get blamed for damage the garbage truck, Fed Ex and plow guy are causing.

Product doesn't work and neither does the support

PROSHistorical feature works well to know where the trucks went
CONS6 out of 10 devices stopped reporting. We reach out many times no response and the one time we threaten to leave they said "we didn't get a chance to help".

Software never worked
Horrible, I sent emails for over two weeks about the software not working. Most of my emails would not be replied to. After two weeks of trying to get them to fix, I had to move on and contract another vendor.
PROSThe salesmen really sold the product and I fell for it.

They were more expensive
