The purpose of our screen-sharing tool is to facilitate prompt and hassle-free assistance by allowing clients to share their screen. On the other hand, the support staff not only get to view the client's screen but can also access information about past events, colleagues involved, and the time spent addressing the issue. We have created separate applications to ensure that both parties have access to the necessary features and tools to efficiently achieve their objectives.
