Thank you for the feedback, Emily. We know how valuable competitive data can be, and the ease of use is something we are tackling head on. You may have noticed some simplified UI features already this year. Navigation and metrics are two examples of where we've recently simplified things. And we're still going!

I'd recommend ListenFirst 11/10 times!
Love it. Love the support team. They make my job easier.
PROSI like that you can compare response rate instead of engagement rate to take into consideration size of following.
CONSIt's a bit slow and the UI isn't up to par with other competitors.

PROSListenFirst gives us an in-depth look at not only our own social performance, but also a clear look at our competitors, clients and prospects. We're able to use the platform for both the pre- and post-sale phase, along with our own organic content, making it highly versatile and impactful for multiple teams.
CONSIt can be a little tricky to use and slightly overwhelming with all the features.
