Incredible software and support!

PROS

I confess that when I bought EmailDelivery.com I was unsure whether it would really be useful and able to replace the other email marketing tools I use, such as Mautic, Buildreal - MaillBoss, Zagomail and Mailerlite, so I decided to try it out to see how good it really is. And I confess that the tool is excellent, light, fast, intuitive, easy to segment, easy to tag, great email templates, forms, easy and quick to use.But to make things even better, something I've never seen before was the support provided by Ian, the program's author. He didn't seem to be just a support person, he acted as if he were a partner, extremely concerned and attentive so that the program would work perfectly. He provided all the necessary guidance and adjustments and, with his recommendations and advice, I saved more than $400 a year on the server alone.The installation, for me as a layman, if you do it using the servers they recommend, just follow the step by step, it's very simple.But if you have any problems, just send them an e-mail and they'll get back to you practically in real time and solve them or give you alternatives so that the program runs perfectly.I'm speaking from Brazil and even during the day or night I always received an almost instant response and support, I was positively impressed.But to sum up, for me who uses a list of 25,000 contacts, the most positive points I consider:Exceptional support, they don't just tell you what to do, they work and help until it's solved and
