I’ve used the product for a few years and found that the flexibility that affords me in mail merges is unparalleled in other, similar products. I was particularly impressed, though, by the seriousness with which their support team took a minor issue that I recently reported - the first that I’ve ever had in several years of use – and the speed and competence with which they resolved it. As the manager of a support organization, I strive to ensure that the team under me provides the sort of through, efficient, rapid support the MAPILab team demonstrated here. It’s an absolute pleasure to see a software company that takes its commitment to supporting its users seriously, these days.

It’s flexibility and, in particular, the support provided by the professionals who stand behind it.

In some ways I feel there’s just so much more that they could do with it, like marketing metrics and integrating plurals and so forth, yet it provides such a great, stable, resilient platform for what it does that I’m reluctant to see it “overbuilt“
