Best quoting software for the travel trade!!
Excellent product would highly recommend!!
PROSEase of use. Maps and descriptions are there saving hours of mind numbing writing about destinations and services. Languages are there and ready to use. Time saving. Our staff say their speed in producing quotes has trebled! Great value as you pay as you go. No long term commitment. Flex up or down depending on demand. Speed of response to queries. Within minutes rather than days (or never!!) with previous software we used.
CONSThe back office needs some updates but this is due imminently.

Far easier to understand. Less training required, a couple of hours compared with days.

Far more responsive and easy to use. Still waiting for updates for quoting system after being promised two years ago amongst other issues.

CONSWe LOVE the product but it is super expensive for us as an agency when even an admin person needs to pay full user fee.

at the time - cost was so inexpensive. Got hooked on it - but upgraded.
Reasons for switching to TripCreator
Got hooked on the low price during Covid and have built out all of our product. We love using it -- but as mentioned it is pricey for what we get from it and as the company grows and expands we may need to look at alternatives.

Indispensible tool for a Travel Agency/DMC company
Since starting with Trip Creator our workflow and productivity have improved immensly. Also client support contacts have been reduced due to the clarity and mobile friendliness of the itineraries. We are extremely happy with our decision to subscribe to Trip Creator, and hope that the software will be improved and developed further to create an even better user experience for both Agencies and travelers.

CONSBelow you can find our whole teams development and improvement suggestions. We hope these are taken into consideration in your next development rounds. 1. Confirmed itineraries in one calendar. In trip creator or synced with gmail/outlook. - It would be great to be able to see an overview of all confirmed itineraries in one calendar view. This way we can see whats going on with different clients on a daily base. The calendar could be on Trip Creator itself and/or synced to Google or Outlook calendars. - At the moment we are forced to add each itinerary item manually to our own calendars to have an overview. This is a lot of extra work and can cause errors. Automatic sync would be the best solution. 2. Add supplier contact details (phone number/email) to the travel plan. -Currently only supplier and booking reference are available. This will help the clients to be in direct contact with the supplier in case of a problem. We are of course supporting our clients in anyway possible, but usually it is better to be directly in touch with the supplier to avoid a broken record. 3. When updating supplier details in the CRM they dont automatically update in products. We have to manually update each supplier product with the new details. 4. After sending an itinerary to the client, any updates in the itinerary wont necessarily show for the client unless they clear theyre cookies. Creates problems when unexpected changes occur and itineraries have to be updated at a later stage. 5. Marginal tax calculation. In Finland travel agencies are taxed from the margin of the travel package. The marginal tax is 24%. It would be amazing if Trip Creator could calculate the VAT for the commission only. - This is vital for us in order to start using Trip Creator pricing features. 6. Add spell check to product descriptions

Very useful product for travel agency
How to turn a highly detailed travel proposal into an on-site travel document. Our travelers give us very positive feedback on the quality of our quote, with beautiful photos and a very clean and clear design.
CONSThe application can be capricious at times, and has more limited ergonomics in certain uses, but remains very responsive and practical.

CONSThe system is starting to feel slow, it has more hiccups than before. We would like a real CRM that could track offers on another level and a much better overview over the backoffice + having the oppertunity to archive previously made offers to remove "clutter"

Very good, excellent customer support. One of the problems we addressed was that we had 2 or 3 salespeople who each sent out Itineraries (in .pdf format) of varying quality. TripCreator meant they were 1) quicker 2) quality was assured.

Overall experience is good
I tried to use the app on my last trip to Marsa Allam, Egypt and I found it not bad but it needs more improvements to force users to use it instead of other apps doing the same thing
PROSthe design and the animations of the app also the ability of the offline directions is very good
CONSthe UX of the app is not the best and i found a problem of how to use the app when I used it for the first time
Vendor Response
TripCreator released a new-from-scratch end-customer facing app late October 2019. The itineraries on the app reflect the web itinerary appearance and all attachments are accessible to download on mobile. End-customers can conveniently download the itineraries for offline viewing while travelling without internet connection.
