Good piece of software and responsive team
We used Digitevent for two events in our French market. - Good piece of software, easy to set up and to sell tickets and manage attendees - Especially the on-site badge printing saves time when it is most valuable - Managing attendees and automating the communication (at least the 99,9 % where you can automate) worked like a charm
CONSNo strong Con. It is a bit unfortunate though they are only focused on the French market.
Reasons for switching to Digitevent
Xing Events is only focused on / valuable for the German market.

J'ai pris l'outil en main sur 2 premiers événements, depuis je créé facilement les événements, avec le site, les campagnes, le formulaire d'inscription et la gestion de la base de données participants. Il ne faut pas négliger le temps à passer dessus, cependant il me semble qu'un accompagnement est possible par les équipes Digitevent si nécessaire. De mon côté ce que j'aime c'est justement de ne pas perdre de temps à expliquer à une personne ce que je souhaite mettre en place ou modifié. La gestion des tickets en cas de question se fait facilement avec une bonne réactivité, même si parfois on pourrait aimer avec une hotline au téléphone.
PROSJ'apprécie la simplicité de mise en oeuvre, la réel autonomie dans la création des événement.
CONSPour les événement B2B on invite les participants sur un événement gratuit, cependant il arrive qu'on ait besoin de faire payer des prestations annexes aux participants (une activité, un hôtel...); dans ce cadre Digitevent ne me semble pas adapté car la notion d'événement payant n'est pas appropriée.

Our favorite 360° event management tool
Generally speaking, the back office is intuitive, and the website on the participant side is elegant, highly-customizable, and very ergonomic. We also retrieved a lot of very useful information to measure the performance of our events.
PROSTo be honest, quite everything. Digitevent has been a valuable tool for the digitalization of our events, including since the pandemic period. Their interfaces are clear, clean, fast, and truly qualitative. We spent a long time looking for a tool that is frictionless and Digitevent has a really efficient product vision.
CONSWe work with Marketo (for marketing automation), and Digitevent could have a better out-of-the-box Marketo integration (currently, we had to use mainly Zapier to make it work well).
Reason for choosing Digitevent
We found the product to be more flexible and more ergonomic. The pricing was also a bit more competitive and adapted to our business.

Un outil puissant et facile d'utilisation
Nombre très élevé de fonctionnalités -> outil complet Paramétrage facile Autonomie d'utilisation et de création d'évènements

Un problème est survenue pendant un de nos évènements et le reconnaissance du problème n'a pas été reconnue par l'éditeur malgré une impression écran.

Facilidades digitevent
Já utilizei a digit para credenciamento de eventos de 1000 a 10000 pessoas e sempre com uma velocidade pelo menos 30% maior que os concorrentes que conheci Também utilizei a ferramenta para controle de alimentação de staff e estou querendo levar para utilizarmos como credenciamento de staff
PROSÉ uma ferramenta muito fácil de trabalhar ..... tem recursos que vão além de credenciamento Ajusta e pode servir como soluções de controle de, credenciamento alamentação staff
CONSTive alguns problemas técnicos com impressora que rodava etiquetas em duplicidade, Tablet secundários que perdiam a comunicação com o Tablet primário mas, todos foram corrigidos ao longo destes quase dois anos trabalhando com o software

Eu conheci a digit com um evento de 3mil pessoas e vi a velocidade de atendimento e fiquei impressionado assim como todos os produtores da agencia que contratou os serviços.
