Good Corporative Cloud Messenger

Very simple to use this messenger, you can invite your contacts from office 365 or Gmail, and start collaborate with your family, friends and сolleagues. Windows,MAC,IOS,Android,Web - i use this messenger in any platform. Most of functionality is free! No Ads! 1 gb of cloud storage in free version. Connected with our OmniPCX Enterpise, click-to-call,presense, and call log of my deskphone, it's very useful!

CONS

No translation to my native language (Russian) I can't buy a bussines version because my country not in sales list, it's very bad! In collaboration with OXE or OXO, i can't connect SIP phones, only Analog,TDM or NOE IP phone. Small bugs, but software is growing up

Simple SECURE communications

Simple - easy and very powerful app, was deployed easily and it is now just another part of our day

PROS

Rainbow is VERY simple to configure and customize, a number of different user profiles were required. The application itself is very easy - this was important to ensure it was adopted

CONS

The name isn't well known, I had to explain who the company was first - but once the users starting to work on the app, that wasn't an issue

Not Very Liberating

Not very liberating. You can't transfer a call or conference. You can't record your voicemail message. You can't setup shortcuts or a personal directory. You can't pickup a group call. You can't even tell who's calling YOU!

PROS

That we could integrate it with our current infrastructure without much effort and get our users homeworking readily. It's simple to use, for the basics.

CONS

It's bugginess and lack of features. Rainbow seems like an acquisition by Alcatel of a suite that was not developed natively for Alcatel systems.

Outil professionnel et ouvert

Étant en mobilité forte L'accès à Rainbow depuis n'importe quel terminal ayant accès à internet est un vrai +L'ouverture de la plate-forme CPaaS peu connu mais pratique et également ouverte

PROS

Outre les fonctionnalités UCaaS qui sont maintenant bien abouties et richeCette solution RAINBOW offre plein de possibilités d'intégration dans les différentes applications métiers des entreprises via sa plate-forme CPaaSComme Connectivite avec les environnements IoTLes systèmes de supervision et alerte L'interconnexion avec de nombreux CRM Et ceci sans gros développement

CONS

Quelques petites fonctionnalités de confort manquent encore mais elles sont Mineures et non essentielles pour ma part
