The almost perfect Virtual Phone System.
We had an overall great experience with Tresta. Tresta is the first auto-attendant Virtual phone system we've ever used. We were able to route calls to the needed staff members, which makes us more efficient in our business.
PROSHere are the Pros. 1. It's relatively inexpensive when compared to other similar Virtual Phone System 2. Tresta offers amazing features such as Auto-attendant, Call Forwarding, Mobile App, Call Recording, Voicemail system, among others. 3. Tresta offers a 30-day free trial. Not many offer that much. 4. Tresta's customer service is quite good. You'll often get a quick response by chatting them up on the desktop. 5. You can set the Caller ID either to your business number or your caller's number whenever a call comes in through Tresta. I'm sure I probably missed a couple of other pros. The bottom line is that Tresta is an overall good software. Its overall effectiveness depends largely on what solution you are looking to solve with a Virtual phone system.
CONSWhat constitutes a con differs from user to user. The truth is, our needs as a business grew beyond what Tresta had to offer, but that doesn't mean other businesses won't find Tresta's features sufficient. The most glaring con irrespective of your business need is that You don't get notified of all calls. You'll only be notified of calls that make it through your greeting message or auto-attendant settings. Basically calls that ring. If someone calls and drops the call after a few seconds without ringing, you'll not be notified at all. You would need to log into the app via desktop to see this. Hopefully, the Tresta team can improve their system to notify users of all calls.

Almost what I need
Overall, it does the job because we do VERY LITTLE phone communcation as a business. We will be moving on from Tresta though as we continue to grow.
PROSCall forwarding to my personal phone is the single reason we purchased Tresta. There's no need to have a dedicated phone for business use, especially as a remote company. I do like that callers don't have the awkward time on hold that they would have when we used to use Google Voice.
CONSThe app has been buggy at times, and I have no idea when a call comes through if it came through Tresta or not. I want to know if it's a business call or a personal call when I see the caller ID.

Tresta Trial Review
Although the service reps are pleasant on the phone, their assurances of finding resolutions to texting issues went unanswered and their customer support is very poor; also, they don’t have weekend support for subscribers.

CONSThe local number Tresta assigned to my business wasn’t functional with the majority of text messaging- Very disappointed in lack of customer support after promises of prompt attention and resolving the issue ( which was never done)
Reason for choosing Tresta
To see if it would simply work as an alternative local number for marketing purposes and it failed miserably.
