The best analytics tool for finding growth opportunities
We have implemented InnerTrends on 5 SaaS products so far and we are finally able to pinpoint and prioritize the biggest growth opportunity for each product without having to be a data scientist. This has helped to align our teams around growing the most important areas of each product and has led to much better bottom-line results.
PROSThe InnerTrends team helps to identify the most important data to track and validates it so we know everything that is being tracked is 100% accurate. It's the only tool we found that this is true and has shown to be extremely important. It is also the best tool we have found at helping us truly pinpoint the biggest growth opportunity within a product's user analytics without us having to be a data scientist. This has proven invaluable for determining product-led growth opportunities and helping with healthy SaaS growth.
CONSIt takes a couple of weeks to get set up since the data needs to be validated. However, this is still worth it as nothing is worse than making decisions based on bad data.
Reason for choosing InnerTrends
It is the only tool we found that manages the setup, validates the data for you and gives actionable insights to solve your biggest growth problems. The rest of the analytics tools are good for tracking high-level data but not drilling in and finding true growth opportunities.
Reasons for switching to InnerTrends
We were basically tracking everything (too much) and did not have the ability to validate the data or understand how to best use all the data we were tracking. I think it's a good tool for finding high-level issues but didn't give us the ability to drill into the data deeper and really find a viable solution to the problems.

A platform that every Marketing Ops team should have
From the beginning, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was working with us to make sure all our data insights' needs are met, which made a huge difference. The cherry on the cake in our marketing technology stack
We're very happy as we were able to detect multiple issues in our product: - the drop-off point in the onboarding process - the difference in product usage based on the source of the traffic/acquisition channel which led to specific fixes in the product for specific users It also helped us in identifying the north star metric and making sure it is a determining factor in user's success.
PROSProbably the most important aspect of the platform is the fact that it comes with real feedback/conclusions which is an extremely important thing in the day to day business. You don't have to take the numbers to someone else and wait for them for weeks to give you actionable insights, this is included in the platform. Saves time, saves energy, saves money while helping you optimise and improve multiple aspects of your platform. We even use the platform to see other insights that our A/B testing tool does not cover and neither does our internal tracking. It is definitely the most important platform in our marketing technology stack.
CONSIt is time consuming to implement and then you need to make sure that any changes you make in your platform does not affect the tracking. On the other hand, improving your tracking will be reflected in Innertrends so they will be able to give you better insights.

A product thats the cornerstone to our business growth and success - Excellent product and team.
InnerTrends have been amazing to work with. Handheld us through onboarding, and always keen to get involved in the data to define our biggest growth opportunities and measure optimisation efforts. Additionally, a huge bonus is InnerTrends connects to our multiple 3rd party applications, which free's up our development resources and allows us to focus on our product roadmap. As a business, implementing the tool forced us to be crystal clear about the main reasons customers use our product and the actions that help our customers achieve those reasons. This narrowed our focus tremendously and aligned our entire team.
PROSThe product is the heartbeat of our business. It enables us to truly understand how our customers are engaging with our product and through every part of our funnel. This means we can define how quickly customers reach specific goals, how effective we are at delivering on our promise and our ability to retain our customers. Through this we can understand where our biggest growth opportunities are, allow us to prioritise accordingly and measure our efforts to optimise effortlessly. Our sales efforts have benefited tremendously as we're able to use product engagement to define how qualified a potential customer is and when the most appropriate time is to upgrade. Without it we are honestly flying an aeroplane in the dark, blind and without any instruments.
CONSThe product requires a technical person to implement but the highly experienced InnerTrends team work closely with you throughout the process.
