I have followed the development of this type of online production software for many years hoping to incorporate it into a business of my own one day and Brush Your Ideas have finally made that possible due to the scalability of their product, I'm starting small but I know there is a great upgrade path for me in the future. The software compares well with any other product on the market but the team behind it make it the clear winner.

The only thing I have found difficult has been my newness to the system but with the support of the rep and his team I have been on a steep learning curve and hopefully will prosper in the future.

The company is very professional, from start end of each project. They always gives us exact time frame, and quote of price, and they always keep the deadline for completion of projects.

Pricing can be a little inflexible some time, due to the fact that is hard to discover bugs in a modification / project directly, if then later find the bug it will cost some money.

The sales and integration process was really smooth and the delivered product was just as expected. The customer support team did a really good job with quick replies and investigation into issues during our back and forth while training and testing the tools. It will be good to continue working with them to improve the product once we come back with more user feedback.

We were looking for a designer tool to launch a service that allows our customers to personalize our products with their designs and brush your ideas was one of the better ones that we could find. I liked that the designer comes with all the major features for adding text, images and art to a product and supports multi-side designs, making it perfect for just launching in the market.Integrating the tool into a Shopify site was also easy and was completed by their team within a number of days. I liked that the team was very quick to correct issues once we started testing the integration.I mainly preferred brush your ideas because they allowed us to purchase a full license at a reasonable price and host the tools ourselves, removing any kind of dependence on their team.

The product is really suitable for just getting started because it has all the powerful features we would like to test in our nascent stage. However, over time I would be looking to improve a number of things. One of them is trying to reduce the friction introduced by having to direct the customer from the shopping site to the design tool and vice-versa which could make the experience annoying for the customer. Another is trying to improve the user experience on the Magento backend so that is more obvious to use with little training.

They were very attentive, they answered all of my questions and made sure the product worked the way it should work. I would happily work with Nitin and his team. We are still in touch and we are looking forward to work on other projects as well. Thank you guys for such a wonderful service.

The software is easy to use, we integrated it with our magento 2 platform. The software does exactly what its supposed to do.

For the total cost of the software i'm happy with all of the features. There is always room to improve in any software. We might work on the software again and upgrade it when the time is right.
