Zuko Analytics is a great resource for better understanding how customers interact with your forms
My experience has been fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] have both been great to work with and value outside opinions greatly. Knowing how much we utilize Jotform, they valued our opinions when they began creating their own form builder tool. The data provided is incredibly helpful and gives you the ability to better understand your customers. A lot of assumption is made when it comes to individuals completing forms, but Zuko allows the peak under the hood to see what exactly is being done and the different trends that can begin to happen due to the smallest issue on your form.
PROSThe data provided is very insightful. It is one thing to capture data, but to also present it in a way that is easy to digest and understand is rare. The data allows us to quickly make changes and constantly test different form fields and layouts to identify what resonates most with our customers.
CONSWe utilize Jotform, and unfortunately the integration there isn't as deep as other form builders. The fields come through as their field code/ID from Jotform, which means you have to edit them all to better reflect what the field represents. It would also be really helpful to better identify individual sessions to make direct actions off of them such as reaching out to the customer.

Not just a tool, form experts!
Having worked with Zuko for over a year, the input and discussions around the forms on our site have opened up whole new channels of exploration to help feed our ideation backlog. The tool in itself has developed a lot of the year with new features being added and huge improvements to the UI that make it more and more intuitive to get stuck into the data. Honestly, if you want to improve your form conversion, even if you have some kind of background in this filed, go with Zuko and you'll learn waaaay more, waaay quicker.
PROSDefinitely the support and the in-depth knowledge the team have in helping you to uncover what blockers you may have on your form process. Conventional analytics packages don't allow for the comparison of different forms out-of-the-box. Zuko and the team get you insights, fast
CONSUpon installation they had 2 methods to set up events, the UI on this feature was a little confusing and wasn't so intuitive. Which meant we needed support, but that came quickly and our issues were soon resolved.

Great help from the support to set up - easy to use!
So far only good things! Will be fun to use this for all our markets and possibilities to see if we see differences in user behaviour between countries.
PROSThe possibility to get really deep insights from each and every field. And the support team has been great at finding ways to solve different similar fields and how to merge data.
CONSA bit messy UI. Compared to the competitors it might be a bit subpar design.

The Optimisation Tool You Didn't Know You Needed
I've been using Zuko for 10 years and it's the one bit of kit that I break out every time I'm asked to consult on improving website conversions and usability. Their support is first class, always responsive and happy to help with even the most inane queries I come up with. It's a shame so few people working in conversion optimisation don't see forms as a focus area, because they should. Forms are integral to almost any website, and if you're not paying attention to their use and how they can be improved you're missing a trick.
PROSBrilliant for gathering frequently missed opportunities to improve your site conversions and user experience when it comes to forms! Easy set up, and the magic form tagger tool is a breeze to get started tracking your forms. The metrics Zuko gathers are second to none - a dream for data lovers and analysts but with easy to understand visuals for those who want to understand but without having to go deep into data mining. Also, way easier than trying to the do the same in analytics.
CONSIt takes a little bit of time to get familiar with the Zuko ecosystem, but trust me, it's worth the time because the insights you'll gather are priceless.
Reason for choosing Zuko Analytics
Cost primarily, I don't want to have to pay for frills when what I need is a specific solution that I know does it's job extremely well.

See how traffic interacts with your forms, without heatmaps or recordings
1. Intuitive interface. 2. I could get started right away -- the prompts and nudges are extremely well timed. 3. Easy visualization - the funnel we custom built in GA way back when comes out of the box with Zuko. We could understand where people dropped off, by how much, what error messages they encountered and which fields contribute to abandonment. We even found evidence of a target persona frustration that we did not know existed -- simply because these people were abandoning the form post a very telling field (repeatedly). This behavior was not present in other personas.
CONSThere isn't much to dislike. The onboarding can be streamlined, I guess. Maybe just a couple of videos. You don't need a lot to start seeing value.

Brought our forms to life
Extremely easy to use, and the data visualisation brought our forms to life. Clearly showing opportunities and pain points we hadn't thought about. The customer service and support are second to now, always on hand if had any queries.
CONSThere wasn't too much I didnt like about using Zuko Analytics, honestly.

Great Platform with Great Support
The ability to easily navigate the platform and access any information/analytics. It allows us to easily follow the user journey and modify our forms to better suit our customers.
CONSI wish there was a "quick look" page for each form.

Great product, great support
Granularity of data is great. The support by the Zuko team is excellent.
CONSDashboards could be more intuitive, sometimes difficult to immediately draw insights from the data.

It is very easy to setup and offers so many valuable insights! Their customer support is great, it feels like they are part of your team, always there to help and answer your questions.
