Regpack Software


 

Regpack is a cloud-based event management software solution designed for small and midsize companies. This product offers event registration, attendee management, client management, event sponsorship and travel and ticketing functionalities in a single solution.

Regpack allows users to build customized forms for capturing attendee details. Forms can also be embedded on the event website, helping to increase the possibility for conversion.

The platform also offers payment processing functionality, so customers can make secure payments using credit cards or electronic transfer methods.

Regpack features an automatic communications module, which allows users to send trigger-based emails such as payment notifications and event updates.

Customized reporting and dashboards allow users to track and analyze event and attendee statistics. This data gives a complete overview of the user's event management process, so they can make decisions for improving conversion rates.

I like the reports that it can develop. It is user friendly. I like the help option and the training that was provided and how quickly the trainers respond.

Cons

It is showing that I owe campers money right now. Only 3 campers have registered so far. 1 I have had no issues with, but two of them say that I owe them when really they should owe me

Much easier registration process than some systems

Pros

Ease of use and the adaptability provided by Triggers allows for some nice customization. Reports are easy to create, very customizable

Cons

The monthly admin fees add up quickly, especially if more than one admin is needed. The auto-emails seem a bit tricky to set up just right. Users have trouble logging in a second time, for some reason. Perhaps the "Login" or "Register" choices are not clear enough to understand (many users have low computer skills) This survey wants way too long answers!

It saved me from having to process about 250-275 paper registration forms and checks by hand. The people attending the conference were very happy to be able to register online and pay by credit card.

Pros

It's incredibly flexible and was able to handle our somewhat complicated registration process. The interface is clean, organized, and generally easy to use. For our nonprofit organization, the price was within our means; we received great value for our money.

Cons

The biggest problem I had was figuring out how to use filters and reports to get the information I needed from the database. Also, I wish there was a way to delete test entries from the database, rather than simply hide them.

The software was easy to use and figure out. Support was wonderful and responsive when I had questions. I will recommend we use RegPack again for our next event.

Cons

There was no easy way to download the registrants name and make name tags. This should be implemented.

Basically having all of our camper information in one place. This is saving us tons of time, our admins can use their time more efficiently than standing over a copier, o trying to manage the accounting. I like the Email abilities. Also, I like being able to see all emails sent to a family,.

Pros

I'm just realizing how much this software can do, it's amazing, lots of capabilities and uses! It will grow with us, I can see using this for some time to come. I love having everything in one place, camper and financial info. I like being able to click one area and it open ups with the information I need. I feel like I'm always a click or two away from what I need.

Cons

It offers a lot, it's a leap for me to learn all of it. In time I'm sure I'll get a handle on the most important areas needed for our camp and learn to master those areas. I'm hoping that I won't miss using a feature because of all the capabilities available to use in the system.

Regpack has a very slick interface that is relatively flexible yet easy to use. My event's registration was up and running quickly. The staff have been very helpful. I have been a user for a month, and this is exactly what I needed.

I have a very detailed program, hotel blocks, flights, excursions, race registration, shuttles, etc. 2016 was a challenging learning experience, but as the registrations came through I learned how to manipulate the system to work in my favor. January 2017 I began preparing for our registration, which opens in March. Circumstances beyond my control did not allow me to begin editing my registration until a week before my registration opened. SEAMLESS! Corina was amazing and the experience I had from the previous year helped me edit and execute my registration without a hitch. Any roadblocks I hit, she was there to answer. I know I a probably their biggest pain in the you know what client, but I am extremely happy with this system and especially with Carina. She has made my life so easy with this registration. I see it getting better and better every year!

Pros

I can manipulate it to meet my needs. Share withs, payment plans, etc.

Cons

there are always a few glitches but they always help me find the solution. I wish they had a call center as opposed to email support.

Advice to Others

As long as they keep on developing and upgrading they are going to be the go-to registration software provider

For years, we have used excel sheets to keep up with our camp registrations. We finally decided to automate the process and chose Regpack. This has been the best decision we've made! We received an amazing project manager that has helped us every step of the way. The software is very easy to navigate and customize. Our clients love it! This software has cut all of our paperwork out! We would definitely recommend this!

Whenever I have been uncertain about how to create something or make it work, both of our reps have always gone beyond normal customer support to ensure that everything we needed to launch was ready on time.

Even if one of them weren't in the office, they still reached out to let me know who to contact until they were available.

Since most of our symposium applicants come from conflict areas, our reps helped us to ensure our applicants are able to easily and quickly move through our system.

Pros

The Customer Service is amazing. With their help, RegPack becomes far more than what we paid for.

Cons

It needs to be fleshed out more, but the customer service helps to create new ways to accomplish our needs - adding to the quality of RegPack

My trainer was very good but the format of the training was backward and should have been more complete and ready to go prior to the phone call. I would be happy to talk to someone about my thoughts. Again this is nothing against the trainer it has to do with the order of how the training was presented.

Pros

It seems easy to use but we have not gone live yet.

Have had the best experience working with the Reg pack team. I needed to get a system up and working in a very short time, and learn how to handle it . The team both before and after I went live was, and is, by far the best working team I have ever interacted with during a complex remote development. Each person I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful not only in simplifying the complexities of my multiprogram registration process, but also took time to explain how to use it. I love that the trainings and support times were videos so I can go back to them too. A great experience and a great product

RegPack is good from a registrant's end, meaning the user experience of who is registering for your program/camp/etc. It is simple, looks clean, and can be used to built necessary messages, notifications, and field types. Where the system fails is on the backend for administrators. The reporting requires too much work from the admin, is not intuitive, and relies too heavily on the specific structure of your forms. The customer service is okay, but they aren't too willing to fix things for you, only explain what you can/cannot do.

The support staff was very responsive, patient, and helpful. I probably would have abandoned this software if it weren't for the great staff providing support. The software is not as intuitive as others but does allow for very specific/particular featuRes-which is what my organization needs...and no other software provides (easily anyway). It also doesn't allow for any images or change in design which is a challenge but you can't beat the customer service and support.

OUTSTANDING support and service from RegPack staff. Super EASY for attendees to register. Gave us the EXACT DATA we needed to plan and prepare for our event. Quick process to contact attendees with important info. Email "triggers" allowed us to send "custom" emails to attendees with a few clicks. QUICK process to update our "products."
