Forms On Fire is a cloud-based forms automation solution for data collection and workflow task management. The solution replaces paper forms used by agents in the field with digital forms. Businesses can put their own logo in forms and develop their own branded solutions for data collection.
The solution also provides offline access to users for collecting data in forms, which will later be synchronized with the database when internet access is available again. Forms on Fire is able to capture GPS, audio files, signatures and bar codes into digital forms.
Forms on Fire includes a cloud-based activity dashboard which monitors field employees’ activity on a regular basis. The dashboard provides an overview of team performance and compares current activity against the previous months. The solution offers integration with other applications such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, GeoOp, Grove Streams and more.
