ProClass is a cloud-based solution offering online registration management for memberships and classes. Designed primarily for learning and training institutes, this solution is also suitable for business associations, nonprofit organizations and charity foundations.

ProClass allows institutes to list class schedules online and allows students to register for classes and training programs. Students registering for classes can also make deposits, pay balances and update personal information from the student portal.

ProClass's class management feature offers flexible event scheduling, and users can assign instructors to each event. Users can track the progress of attendees and award certificates to students. The platform also allows instructors to track attendance records for classes.

ProClass offers integrated fundraising and donation management features, so users can receive online donations and send automated confirmation emails and other notifications to donors.

Other features include an e-commerce platform for selling goods and services, integrated reporting, SEO optimization and batch payment processing, among others.

Throughout the year, we have been able to register people for our enrichment classes and process payments.

Pros

Able to track attendance and able to run financial reports.
Once everything is set up, you can easily copy classes to a new semester.

Cons

We have been using this software for a year and had no intention of switching to a different software program. I recently received my new bill for next year, and there was a discrepancy in pricing. I had been told, as recently as 3 weeks ago, that we would only be charged for active contacts in our database system. Our reason for going to an online registration service for our classes was to grow our database, so increasing charges as our base grows was a huge concern for me.

Now that I am receiving our bill for next year, I noticed a price increase. When I inquired about the increase, I was told multiple stories for 3 weeks (I have the different responses in writing). Today, I requested in writing that our contact be terminated at the end of our year subscription, which we have already paid for. I left for lunch and when I returned, I was told that our account has been deactivated due to non-payment. We are paid up through June 23, and today is May 15.

This is a VERY poor company to work with. Save yourself time, money, and a lot of headaches. Run from this system!

ProClass is a Hit for After School Enrichment Classes!

This is the first time the Pequenakonck Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization in North Salem, NY has offered its after school enrichment classes via online registration. After exhaustive research into the many programs available the PTO decided on ProClass. The experience has been amazing. The classes were really easy to set up and the ProClass staff guided me through every step of the process. The semester screen quickly showed me the status of every course, I knew instantly what classes had met their minimum enrollments. With a few clicks I could easily transfer students to different classes if classes had low enrollment and could not run. Not only can we offer parents easy secure online registration for after school classes, but we can also offer registration to all other PTO events and even sell spirit wear apparel! We just finished our first registration cycle and it was a huge success. The feedback from parents has been positive, they love the ease of the site and the security of their credit information. I would whole-heartedly recommend ProClass to anyone interested in setting up online registration!

ProClass has made my life a lot easier. With this program I can complete my tasks in a very timely matter; no more late evenings staying over to work.

Once I started using ProClass and learned my way around it was easy to use, I didn¿t need a lot of extensive training (fast and easy navigation). Some of the features that have helped to improve my productivity are; on-line registration, ability to copy, easy access to look-ups, and sending group emails, just to name a few. Also the continual updates from ProClass are very helpful.

I guess what I really appreciate the most is that support is always available to help you when you run into a problem that you can¿t figure out. Thank you ProClass!

I've owned a small art studio in North San Diego for almost ten years. In the past we had all our classes in house with simple paper registration. We would enter all the customer info and classes by hand into excel. As our families grew this task became more and more daunting. There were spread sheets galore! We were also now teaching classes off site at various locations. It was becoming a nightmare keeping track of everyone. I knew I needed an online registration system that would organize all this.

After looking through the options I found that ProClass answered all my needs. The website is super intuitive. Classes are simple to create and edit, and the site is so easy to navigate. I am by no means a ¿computer person,¿ but I am able to take advantage of all the helpful features ProClass offers. Registrations are now interred by my costumers and payments are made directly online. All in all, I whole heartily would recommend ProClass to those who are running any kind of studio or after school program.

The Healthcare Association of Hawaii's Emergency Services Program has been using ProClass since late February 2011. It has simplified the process for registering and tracking students and reduced the time and effort our staff needed to manage courses. The online registration is a hit with our membership and the quick and easy registration confirmation to the students is a real time saver. We started using ProClass in August 2012 in order to offer online registration to our members. In a recent survey of our members, ProClass was rated as excellent and easy to use. We were pleased with this feedback since our clientele are older adults. When we began leasing ProClass we were most interested in the online registration aspect. However, we have discovered that ProClass has benefitted our organization far beyond what we had anticipated. It is a powerful marketing and communications tool. It is also the best database we have ever had allowing us to organize our information in a way that is most meaningful to our planning. On a final note, ProClass provides us with hundreds of reports at our finger tips. The ProClass team is always making improvements and is quick to help resolve any issues we may have even though we typically have no issues. I really appreciate their quick response and resolutions.

Before we implemented ProClass our registration system was scattered and required a lot of effort to maintain and keep organized. Since using ProClass our registration process has become smoother, easier, and much more enjoyable for our staff and students.

Our students are now able to participate in the registration process themselves by creating their own accounts and registering online. It's also much easier to update accounts with new information as it is received. We're able to communicate with students much faster and efficiently all while keeping detailed histories of each transaction and correspondence. ProClass has improved our relationships with our students as well as our professional presence online.

Gage Academy of Art is an independent art school, somewhat unique in the marketplace, and so our needs for a contact, donor and transactional database were highly specific. With our previous system at the edge of functionality, it seemed difficult to find a solution that closely fit our business needs. We selected Pro Class after an exhaustive survey of options and it¿s proved to be an exceptionally intuitive, thoughtfully designed, and high functioning database for an organization of our size and complexity.

Transferring 15 years of data, starting a new system, educating our enrolling students, and tieing into a brand new website is definitely a complicated endeavor, and the roll out was not without bumps or surprises, but overall Gage has been really pleased with ProClass from a support standpoint. The ProClass team handled the transfer of information in an efficient way, and moved us through installation and design phase fairly easily. But where the system really shines is in its capabilities as a reporting tool and ease of use for our students as they register. We¿re still discovering how we can best use all the features of ProClass for our school, but the investment of time and money in this solution has been one of the best steps forward for Gage from a business standpoint
