When they update their system it can change how you input data, but if I need help learning new ways of doing things the staff are always quick to guide and support me.

Online booking is a breeze as is re-scheduling bookings. Message function is helpful both to me and my clients. Easy to set up class passes and offers and the regular reports including for tax purposes are very helpful, especially to a sole operator. Live streaming also very easy through the platform, and the set up instructions were excellent. I can always access human support too if I need it which is very useful too. ...and I like that the software is always moving forward.

I'm still exploring the software and haven't yet reached any insurmountable barriers to what I wish to accomplish so it's all good so far! I would obviously like even more clients via the site, but I know that I could use the marketing/social media functions more effectively. Any chance that it could be easier to see who's coming to class on my mobile?

I would like more specifics about the person booking classes, name of the student, Adult or Child, age, etc

I have a great relationship with the back office staff at NearYou.best. They are so helpful and encouraging especially when I don't know how to add info/classes to my page. They were a god send during lockdown as it was nice to actually speak to someone on the phone.

I like the software as it is easy to use and I have control over the bookings. There are lots of features on the Near You site that I find very helpful, especially during the COVID crisis. There are guides that help with more technical areas of the software which are very helpful and the staff at Near You are incredible at answering my questions regarding bookings etc.

I would like to see a feature where you can upload Par-Q's which have to be completed before a client's first booking can be made.

We have been with Near you since the company began and we have grown with them. Very helpful and very useful service to free up time.

Before near you, everything was done manually. So this was the 1st software we have used... but of its not broke , don't fix it. Happy overall .. no need to change. K

If students reject a rescheduled booking they are automatically sent a refund.
