Makes user access reviews & audits a breeze

Love the fact that it automates our user access reviews across our systems (makes our IT audits easy). What normally took weeks of work is now done in a few clicks for our team, they can now spend less time on manual review tasks. We were not able to get a clear picture of all entitlements and access privileges and RightCrowd Access Analytics shows it on a single window, which is great. We are finally able to meet our Internal Audit and External Audit objectives quickly for conducting entitlement reviews and getting real-time reporting on user access risks, boosting our security posture.

PROS

Drives cost efficiencies by saving my team weeks of work by automating our user access reviews. Rapid deployment and connects to all of our systems. Gives us real-time visibility into access rights and mitigates security risks across our systems so that we can maintain our compliance/regulatory obligations - great product!

CONS

Nothing I can think of for now. UI can be enhanced, but overall it's a fantastic product.

Reason for choosing RightCrowd Access Analytics

It's easy to use, simple to deploy (in under a week) and met our business and compliance requirements. I wish we found this product earlier, as other products were too expensive and didn't fit our identity governance needs. We now get accurate user access reporting that we can trust from a single product.
