Once I did, I fell in love with how easy and responsive they made their CRM. Also, they are purely client (revenue) funded, which tells me that they are very confident about their product.

The sales team uses close everyday. It has helped us stay organized, keep customer data up to date and stay on top of opportunities.

Filtering lists made it easy. Phone and text worked great.

It does a great job of getting out of the way so you can focus on what's important.

The UX/design of the website is starting to get a little annoying.

The way things were set up, it made it difficult to manage Parent Child orgs for our Enterprise department.

We recently switched from Close to Salesforce and It has been a very bumpy road that more than one department in our company has struggled with.

So far we didn't see a tool that could match the usability and efficiency of Close.io. And the customer service is great and super effective.

If you are interested in good CRM then try PipeDrive. They don't have a few things, but their technical support will solve all your problems.

Great customer support, fantastic response time and a broad array of resources from the company at every level.

Works great for a single person (not only sales-focused). It's feature-rich and allows for great customization.

A solid CRM but not close to the being the best for sales reps.

My favorite thing about Close.io is the ability to add custom fields that help with reporting and overall ease of use.

My concern is how well this tool scales because of its relative lack of discreteness. It would be difficult for manage a sales team utilizing this technology.

It's a good package to start out with, but I find that companies move along quickly for more powerful and useful products.

There are no option to segment the contact in to different categories.

Kept all communication and information for a given account/lead visible on one page. Made it very easy to navigate and get an idea of everything surrounding a given lead quickly.

The easy to use dashboard to navigate through the tools is fairly easy to use.

Overall Close (close.io) was a great system for our high volume, low price software product.

I like the automations, data, and insights it provides. Also, the task & Pipeline management are pretty solid.

If we, in fact, close more deals and make more sales, we all win. With the powerful features at our fingertips, and so many great integrations, we think our sales team will see great results.

It is a horrific experience. They are there for one purpose and one purpose alone: to extort you, in any way they can find,  for your credit card.

Built in VoIP is a nice feature, but do your math and make sure the price is worth it.

Finally, it's amazing how easy is to categorize leads, we even use it to keep track of investors, allies and competitors. The call feature is also a huge breath of fresh air into a follow-up process.

Stupid workflows, automations were really horrible and was set up poorly by the agent who worked and never was working correctly for 9 months.

The best CRM tool I have used, loved the interface that is literally all in one, recorded calls to review of my teams sales calls.

Great API along with good documentation. High quality & performance (other CRMs we've tried are buggy and slow).

It is also fantastic that the product comes with an API that can help to automate your tasks and connect the CRM to other products.

The Salesforce Sync works and is easy to set-up. The CSM support is great, and the pricepoint is accessible.

Being in the Product Support Team we primarily use this to see for logs for our applications and solving technical faults or bugs that our clients report.

Easy to use tool, has a good integration with G Suite, updates signatures in G Suite quickly with no errors.

I like that this software is so reliable. We use this for banners that go in emails which get sent out to customers.

Once it's in place, the simplicity of management and ease of leveraging email signatures as a marketing vehicle is phenomenal.

The ability to build your company information into the signature is great and it was exactly what I was looking for.

I can't think of anything I dislike about the product.

There are still a few things that are awkward, on the admin side.

We did A/B test and were able to justify the costs and see good results for our team.

The software does a good job of tracking potential buyer activity. You are able to see real intent signals.

The signature builder and viewer is perfect allows you to quickly build complex signatures with banners and deploy them with ease.

It's so nice to have consistent uniform email signatures and marketing banners for all employees. Plus Sigstr has released some new features like recipient-based (ABM) Banners and shuffle banners too.

Love how simple it integrates with either GSuite or 0365. I love the custom fields so I can inject our own UTM parameters for even better score-carding.

Sigstr is also adding carousel banners with the ability to assign different links to each banner which is pretty cool. The customer service at Sigstr is pretty good as well.

It's simple to use and the ads run on a CPC basis (vs. Impressions) which is nice. Given that display is primarily about awareness driving, the cost to run campaigns is fairly low.

Setting up the clickable banner with Sigstr is a great way to promote things for your organization and deploy it with your entire team.

Sigstr was simple to set up, easy to use, and customer support has been responsive. Very professional team and a great tool.

Limited to 12 or 15 (can't remember) tactics in your account.

Actually, the best thing about Sigstr is their Customer Support. They have a great team that helped us onboard.

It's everything marketers could ever ask for from a martech solution. Their clean and friendly UI makes performing tasks within the software easy.

The signature builder has good options for design as well and also has good flexibility for using your own designs.

We have been using the Sigstr app for 2 years before we got the Salesforce integration app, and I was already very pleased with the results.

Graph interface can be more descriptive. Limited accounts and tactics.

The software helps standardize the signature of each employee across the entire organization. It is easy to use and manage and helps us maintain brand standards.

They are always very prompt at responding to email questions and are just a joy to work with. The user interface is clean, simple, and easy to use.

Nothing really - as an end user, the only hard part is having input into what type of things are marketed in the signature.

Also, they help create banners when our creative team is busy which is very helpful. Also, my CSM is such a badass rockstar.

Helps promote events, encourage social media and keep our brand looking good.

The pricing is a bit hard when you have a large team and you need to pay per individual to have this added to their signature.

But once your signature is done, you don’t need any more coding. Also, someone who doesn’t have Photoshop or Bannersnack skills, might have trouble designing/updating the banners frequently.

Product features are getting better and better (site id, LinkedIn integration, etc.). Customer Service is awesome and really responsive.
