Printfection - Making Corporate Swag Accessible

Printfection was my first real work with choosing a vendor from start to finish and I can say with certainty that it has been the best experience. They make it super easy to create one account for the company, but have the ability to split it between teams within the company (Marketing, Customer Success, HR, etc.) which has been a huge help. The support we get from Printfection and the approachability to them is bar none. It's something I recommend to people often when they talk about making swag at their offices.

PROS

The ease of the platform itself is probably one of the best things about Printfection. From choosing a product, adding in the design specs, to viewing your inventory and ordering - whether it is drop shipping an entire shipment to a specific office location or sending a new hire swag box to an individual, Printfection makes it extremely easy. The customer support we get from them is also unlike any other product we use. They are always there to help with any issues (which are typically user error) and ensure we are getting our product to the finish line. They are super flexible with timelines and have helped us get rush shipments done multiple times.

CONS

This isn't something super crucial that we look at in a make or break kind of way, but shipping internationally to our office in Paris has brought a few bumps in the process. With Paris being our biggest location, it is something we need to consider and have available and easy. However, customer support was there to help with the issues, so it was solved quickly.

Best SWAG management company

10/10 would recommend!

PROS

I started using Printfection at first for my SWAG for events. I can't tell you how much time and stress it saved me sending all the SWAG directly to the show versus trying to ship it myself or lug it all with me. All of the t-shirts are neatly rolled and labeled with each of the sizes. I was doing that manually before. I am now using it for Giveaway campaigns for customers and prospects as well as a sales enablement tool. On the sales side, I am able to set a monthly or quarterly budget for each of the reps and they can use it how they please to help get some of their deals across the finish line. It's been widely loved by everyone at the company! The value for the price is well worth it. Plus my experience with the customer support and overall implementation was incredible!

CONS

They have an integration with Salesforce but its only one-directional right now. I know they are working on getting Printfection reporting data back into Salesforce but that's really the only thing missing right now for us.

Reason for choosing Printfection

Printfection costs about 90% less than Sendoso and the amount of communication and attention I got from Printfection in the researching stage compared to Sendoso was no comparison. Printfection followed up, sent meeting notes, and next steps, they were clearly going to take care of us and our needs.

Printfection for Tech Startup

We have had a friendly, efficient team help us transition and streamline all of our swag and how it's used, consolidating things into one easy-to-use format.

PROS

The customer service is always prompt and phenomenal, and the site itself is easy to navigate and self-explanatory. The CS representative and swag experts that we work with are always willing to accommodate our needs and help us find what we're looking for. When it comes to updating or managing our swag, Printfection is the easiest part of the process.

CONS

The site can be a little slow at times, and there isn't always a perfect fit between our needs and the available campaign functions. However, these are both really minor things and the CS representative is always willing to help us find a workaround that we're happy with.

Reasons for switching to Printfection

We wanted all of our swag in one place, and we needed more storage space than our offices could provide.

Swag Software and Fulfillment of your Dreams

Getting started with Prinfection is super easy. There are no annual contracts and you just pay month to month. Our account manager is proactive and is always making great recommendations. Swag tends to be the task that no one wants to handle. Using software to manage swag and how swag is used makes that role more valuable to the company.

PROS

We use Printfection for a myriad of programs. Everyone loves swag, especially swag that you get to pick and have shipped to wherever you are in the world. We integrate swag into many of our high value demand gen campaigns. We use swag to help increase attendance rates and as thank you gifts for our customers. We use the Marketo integration to deliver custom swag redemption links to our prospects/customers. This integration makes the process seamless. The user interface that the customer experiences when redeeming swag is very intuitive and the redemption rate is very high. The process for figuring out what swag to order is also quite fun. You get to communicate with a swag specialist and request samples right from the platform. We also use Printfection to ship swag to tradeshows. They help us keep track of our inventory and they ensure the boxes arrive at the right time. When the tradeshow is done, we just ship everything back to their warehouse.

CONS

The reporting functionality can be quite frustrating. It's not customizable - you can only filter by date range. The platform itself isn't very intuitive. It's difficult to know where to click for what. For each campaign, a new webhook needs to be created for the Marketo integration to work.

Reason for choosing Printfection

We used to use standard swag fulfillment companies and have everything shipped to our office. With the new normal and no access to an office, that doesn't work. Having Printfection manage the whole process is a no-brainer.

Love Printfection!

Overall a great experience with Printfection, aside from a few shipping issues that we later solved.

PROS

Extremely easy to use and so convenient. Before, I would have all of our swag stock crowding my office and I would have to either personally ship or carry these items to trade shows. Printfection saves me so much time and effort in trade show shipping. Their support is incredible, quick, and very personable and nice. The ability to ship swag to customers straight from Salesforce but also by sending them a link to choose their own is amazing and has helped us with a number of sales and marketing campaigns. Especially these days. People love our swag and we are still able to distribute it without in-person events.

CONS

We have had some major issues with overseas shipping using Printfection. Usually, if taken care of far enough in advance, it worked out fine, but there was a large learning curve on both parts trying to figure out how to seamlessly get shipments to especially tricky countries such as the Nordics and Germany. A lot of products in the catalogue are pretty pricey. But Printfection does a good job of finding and sourcing items that fit your budget.

Printfection has made our reward program model possible—and painless!

Like I said, we would have a ton more work on our plate if we didn't have Printfection, so we are very happy! Their support is incredible, the team is friendly and will go above and beyond for you, and the experience overall has been extremely positive.

PROS

We can source, order, store, and ship all of our swag items with Printfection and it truly makes our reward program model possible. They handle all of the heavy lifting and with some calibration on our end, we can make giveaways run seamlessly with little need to monitor on a day-to-day basis.

CONS

The dashboard can be a little confusing at times and not the most user-friendly, but I think they have made a lot of stride on improvements in this area.

The perfect platform for small-mid size businesses

I've worked with Printfection for years, and I can't speak more highly of their customer success team and their support team. I never have to worry or THINK about our swag, which is huge when you're juggling many priorities. Also the quality of all the products is awesome. They've never messed up an order, and we've shipped thousands of different things all over the planet.

PROS

The most amazing thing about Prinfection is that they handle the entire fulfillment lifecycle. All I have to do is pick and purchase the swag, and Printfection owns holding thousands of units in a warehouse and getting it to our hundreds of thousands students across the entire globe. The platform is super user friendly.

CONS

The product fit is perfect if you want to send to multiple addresses, but if you're just trying to buy a small amount of 1 item, to be shipped to a single place it's not the most cost-effective option.

Simple Swag Management Software

Our rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is top notch. There is nothing he isn't quick to help us with.

PROS

The main thing that we like about Printfection is the ease of managing frequently distributed swag. Additionally, we set up campaigns for sales initiatives with personalized links that work great as a simple thank you and in email promotions.

CONS

Lack of great swag. We send most of our swag since we really prefer custom items. This isn't the easiest to do.

Company Swag made Easy

Its always been so easy to work with the team at Printfection, they really care about helping you be successful with the tool.

PROS

I like that its so customizable what you want to do, especially in the now virtual world. Creating packages and campaigns to run was super simple. Plus they have so many options for different types of swag you can send.

CONS

It cant be confusing going between giveaways and campaigns but overall once familiar its easy.

Good tool for swag if you’re using it only in the US

PROS

How easy it was to send swag to trade shows, customers and prospects.

CONS

It doesn’t have global functionality or integrate with salesforce.

Thanks for the review, Rachel! While we don't currently have fulfillment centers based globally, we do offer competitive international rates and in fact, over 60% of our shipments go overseas. We also do have a light integration with Salesforce with plans for a more robust one on the horizon. Stay tuned for that!

Huge time saver to deliver amazing surprise and delight

Pretty great!

PROS

It completely removes the need for Google forms and manually mailing members things. The amount of time and impact it drives is a huge game changer! The fact that multiple teams can use one product is very cool too, from HR, to sales, to community and events!

CONS

In some places, the UI feels a bit old and clunky.
