Best for postcards

Amazing

PROS

I love the sequences I can build and then just automate them to go out.

CONS

I really love this software, but maybe have more card options even though they have a ton to choose from.

Send Jim is a GREAT tool!

Customer service is great! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] me like we've been friends for years. Shes great!

PROS

Very easy to send postcards, letters, goodies to specific addresses. For us, houses around our current customers.

CONS

It would be nice to have it cancel cards on existing customers homes.

Just know, we can help you remove customers from those sequences manually or we can show your team how to manually remove those people from future mailings until the integrations have been updated.

SendJim Review

Good and easy to use. Could improve on templates and their own crm to make it more user friendly.

PROS

It is cool to be able to ingrate the crm with our own crm which makes it a lot easier to use.

CONS

The quality- some cards are shifted and not printed good. Most of them are damaged during delivery.

It is great for picking up new customers when need. It's a feature where we know we are going to get "x" amount of calls on each order of postcards.

PROS

Setting up postcards to mail outautomatically It only takes a few minutes to upload and send out hundreds of postcards. Very easy to use. The radius bomb feature really helped get the business going when I first started out. Being able to send gifts to customers has been a game changer. It really makes you stand out and contribute to a great customer experience.

CONS

I would like to see more customization with sending gifts. It would be great to create your own greeting card. For example, upload a personal christmas picture to a card to send out to all of your customers. I would also like to be able to add on multiple gifts with 1 greeting card. For example, when sending out a christmas gift to a property management company, it would be great to send them multiple packs of brownies, cookies, etc with just one greeting card and in 1 order.

learning curve is slow for me mostly because I don't use it enough.

Not working for us.

Little or no results. We were mailing to homeowners next to or near jobs completed.

Easy to set up. Nice looking postcards that were company branded.

Valuable tool

Really good! Even though I found it hard to navigate at first, once i felt comfortable with what I was doing I fell in love!

PROS

I love the detailed demographic tools. I feel like I'm able to omit non-buyers from my mailers.

Great Compliment to Current Marketing Strategies

Overall experience with SendJim is great and we will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

PROS

SendJim is easy to use and it is a great compliment to current marketing strategies. We utilize the radius bomb and neighbor mailing the most to capture potential customers that live around our current clients or new sign ups.

CONS

Only con is that the radius bomb doesn't capture homes in newer neighborhoods sometimes which I think has more to do with lack of data than the product itself.

The flashing training button on the knowledge base blows my mind. Your training videos need the option to pause go back or forward.

It is a little challenging to learn, however there are many tutorials that walk you through the system

Best out there!

My overall experience has been fantastic! The price is better than most comparable companies I've found, and the speed of production is right on target.

PROS

The ease of sending mailers out in bulk. Also, the ability to target entire neighborhoods using the RadiusBomb tool.

CONS

The template designer seems to lack some of the more complex design tools, but I usually start my design in PhotoShop so that's not really a problem for me.

We Love SendJim!

Pretty good. Need more addresses available.

Sometimes the Radius Bomb server just needs a refresh in that area to pick up all the addresses. You can request areas be updated in our Quick Chat or by phone. This process takes about 5 minutes and then you're able to mail to the whole area. Also, the new Every Door Direct Mail through SendJim feature allows you to hit every single address on a postal route. Can you email or open a chat on our website? SendJim is such a great service!

Overall, I have had a great experience with SendJim. We have taken a break from using it for a few months now but plan on starting it back up in the new year! There is so much potential for growth in our company with this tool. So far we have been able to target ideal clients with a postcard series. The postcards are very high-quality. Can't wait to see what else the SendJim team comes up with!

PROS

This software is very easy to navigate and use! I use this software to send radius bombs into ideal neighborhoods for my company and it works beautifully! I plan on using this software to send treats and cards to our referral partners and to clients as a follow-up. The customer service at SendJim is also phenomenal - very kind, helpful, and responsive.

CONS

It would be nice if SendJim had the ability to send a Newsletter. It's great that we can send Postcards to people but it would be wonderful to be able to send a Newsletter out to a list of existing clients.

PROS

I like the ability to target mailers around the neighborhood that we just cleaning. Fairly easy once coached through the live help. Still waiting on the ROI from these mailers. Great program for building relationships through sending gifts to your top referral sources and top customers.

CONS

It can be a little hard to navigate through the menus.

We didn't receive yet any leads from SendJim. We'll keep trying for a bit more, but if no changes, we'll cancel the service.

PROS

It seemed to be a good idea to target prospects in our clients' areas. Radius bom and neighbor mailing.

CONS

- Better cards designs tool. - So far, we didn't get any return with SendJim. No leads.

Look No Further

Hands down customer service is OUTSTANDING. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] & the team are always on top of their service questions and get answers for you in a very timely manner. Each of the team members relays the same info and I love the fact that everyone is on the same page.

PROS

Business and Personal use at its BEST to keep your business and your name in front of your customers, clients, referrals and friends. Many ways to customize your message, whether it's for the holidays or you are launching a new product, moving or maybe just adding to your list of services.

CONS

I think as many, it is just a new system and takes some time navigating the use of the program.

Helpful in reaching out to new and existing customers

We love being able to easily send postcards to our existing customers and target specific neighborhoods using rooftop view!

CONS

Having to switch all our card over to the new editing thing

Great for Customer Appreciation Management

PROS

We use SendJim primarily for efficiently sending welcome gifts to new customers and periodic appreciation gifts. We like the capabilities for targeted marketing around current customers and plan to use that feature soon.

CONS

The software navigation is sometimes a little clunky, but overall fairly intuitive to use.

A great tool for business

I have had a great experience with sendjim. As I said before it worked to get return customers.

PROS

I have used the post cards to keep up with my previous customers and it has worked great. This method has gotten me return customers, which is like easy money in the bank. It paid for itself with one call back.

CONS

Some times it's hard to figure out some things for a less tech savvy person like me, but the support team is always there to help.

PROS

I love how easy SendJim is to use and how it intergrates with Service Autopilot. I can create campagins and implement with easy. It has made it so much easier to commicate with clients or potential clients.

CONS

I wish there were more healthy items to pick from to send clients or charity donations. For example healthier options would be nuts, fruit basket, dried fruits, etc. or even flowers. Another option that would be great is "on your behalf we have donate to this charity" We could pick charities to give money to.

Great product and excellent customer service

We have been able to keep in contact with our existing customers better due to voicemail bomb. Email and thank you cards.

PROS

It's very easy to use and implement. It's also very versatile. You can use it for advertising, follow ups etc.

Great marketing tool

Very positive experience.

PROS

Choosing a specific service to target specific streets , towns even homes, is a great way to laser target our ads at a substantial marketing expense savings.

CONS

Post cards library does not include our service.

Employee couldn’t edit very well on his iPad. Cost of sending cards (Not Really softwares fault)
