RynohLive has taken a typical all day, sometimes all weekend, job into less than 10 minutes a day! My last underwriting audit was really quick and easy because I use RynohLive. My auditor didn't need me to email or upload a lot of things because they could just log in to RynohLive, with my permission of course, and see the escrow account and my files. Really a time saver!

I started using RynohLive when I first learned of it several years ago from FNTICO, my underwriting title company, for my escrow reconciliations and positive pay alternative. I close about 100 real estate transaction per month and RynohLive has made reconciling the escrow account a breeze! Typically less than 10 minutes a day to reconcile or discover discrepancies to correct them before any financial loss is realized.

It is a little struggle to coordinate my banks positive and RynohLive but once it is working together I can't live without it so don't give up.

I've enjoyed using Rynoh, I think it actually improved my interaction with my own software, and understanding the bank to software interaction better. I have also ALWAYS had amazing customer service, and that is a hard thing to say about any company, so whoever's in charge of your hiring and training, and of course the people themselves, they are all doing excellent work!

I like being able to search through for specific transactions, often we have items that are same amount/same day but different files and this makes it much easier to go back and find a mistakenly matched item if needed. I also really like being able to sort by all the different columns, and the match multiple option (we only use that for one account but it's still really nice).

I really wish there was a manual sync/pull to our software so I don't have to wait ten minutes for a correction I just made, and also, while I understand that Rynoh just pulls in the morning for the day before, I really really would love to see (at least maybe as an option?) the pull also happen same day, even if it was just to 1 or 2pm, so that I could catch any mistakes same day. I know logically it doesn't make sense since there's the day before pull right away in the morning, but sometimes trying to get ahold of someone a full day after (I'm thinking bank mistakes where they deposit or w/d a wire incorrectly from our account is what I deal with probably the most) can be a little difficult.

Rynoh Live has helped up stay current with our account reconciliation. We are able to correct issues quickly and efficiently using the product.

The software is extremely user-friendly. I logged in for the first time with no issues and was able to navigate easily through the program.

There is sometimes a short time lag when waiting for the system to update so that you can "clear" an exception. This is not a huge problem but more of a nuisance.

The most common mistake Rynoh catches and that we are frequently seeing is banks using scanners to scan and deposit checks into there system. We have had numerous checks being deposited getting stuck going through the scanner with another check and one of the deposits being missed. Also checks written from our account to Townships/company's that are deposited by the Township/company's into their account and using the same scan system we have seen that our account had been debited the customer's personal check rather that our own because the two checks were stuck together going through the scanner. In both cases this error would have been a substantial amount of money to "float" until caught or would have included additional penalties and interest if not paid in the time frame. In this day and age of electronic banking there is no way that you would catch these errors until your monthly reconciliation. It's needs to be done on daily basis and Rynoh will do that for you.

It alerts us on a daily basis of any errors in deposit, cleared checks or uncleared checks.

There really isn't anything that I can say that I don't like about Rynoh .

It's an absolute necessity to have a system in place such as RynohLive to catch errors and aide in the reconciling of our accounts.

We started using Rynoh as soon as we opened our company to aide in the reconciling of our accounts. I can tell you that it has made this process extremely smooth and almost effortless. I love that it keeps track of all of our uncashed checks and that we have the ability to set up alerts with specific timelines. That way we aren't letting anything that is unresolved go for a long period of time. The process is very simple, and the support staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. To be honest I was pleasantly surprised how they knew my software well enough to help troubleshoot a problem I was having internally.

I don't necessarily believe this is a Con of the software because it is supposed to be precise and catch any errors. I struggled a little in the beginning to fix a couple small balancing issues I was having but again it found the errors so it's not really a Con.

We began using Rynoh when employees left us and had not properly handles escrow funds. We were able to create a better system with accurate daily accounting where we previously were at a minimum 30-45 days out. We recently went to a new server and all of our branch offices use the same production software and we have eliminated 2 additional escrow accounts that took time away from clients each day and month. We have accurate accounting each day and can respond to suspicious transactions and make corrections much earlier than ever before.

I like that we are provided a daily snapshot of banking. We can link it to our production software and manage everything at one time.

On occasion I need to "work around" a by creating ghost entries but it is strictly based on the tracking we need to have in each individual file.

Prior to implementing Rynoh I was having a lot of trouble tracking items in my escrow account. It was difficult to find the time necessary to keep up with reconciling the account in a timely fashion. Reconciling the account on time is the only way to make sure nothing goes awry. Now all i have to do is check my morning report for any concerns. It takes minutes only

Maintaining a busy escrow account was so overwhelming prior to implementing Rynoh. It is easy to use, runs seemlessly behind the scenes and is affordable. Rynoh does the work of a full time employee for me.

The only thing I don't love is the length of the monthly report. It is 90+ pages long and I haven't been able to figure out how to electronically archive them for saving and easy access.

I have access to review members reconciliations. Some of these members were recommended to the software because of accounting issues. It allows our company to review those members monthly.

I use your product to review reconciliations for our members. I get two alert emails a day that are very useful. One of the biggest pros of this software is positive pay aspect.

The con is not so much with the software. I believe some clients feel that when they send the reconciliations to you they are done with their portion. I would like them to know that they need to review and fix items you have pegged.

Rynoh saves us so much time and keeps us compliant! it's easy to use and highly intuitive software.

Rynoh is intuitive and makes daily and monthly account reconciliation a seamless process. Even on days with several discrepancies between our title software and our bank accounts, Rynoh allows us to solve the discrepancies in minutes. Rynoh helps us stay compliant with our underwriters and we love that.

I'd prefer to review all deposits under a certain amount. Earnest monies sometimes get mixed up but this is more user error than Rynoh error. Rynoh would be *perfect* if bank updates occurred through out the day instead of once a day.

Love the way roduct.

Rynoh is Great ! We have had a few fraudulent checks cashed and Rynoh alerted us to it the very next morning. The Customer Service Dept. is absolutely the BEST !

It is relatively easy to use and navigate. We receive our reports faithfully EVERY morning and if we do not it is because of the bank not Rynoh.

I actually inherited the Rynoh report from a semi- retiring employee so the only con that I can think of is that I do not have full information that I would need to fully utilize Rynoh as she still does the Reconciliation. report etc... However, whenever I need help I call customer service and they are AWESOME !

Terrific! RynohLive has caught errors that would have taken far more time correcting later rather then at the time they are caught.

RynohLive just makes sense. I cannot explain how many hours have been saved with reconciling daily versus monthly. Its integration with our closing software and banks correct system errors before the fallout.

Honestly, there isn't anything that comes to mind. It is incredibly well thought out from integration to daily use.

It is a very good system. It is perfect for our needs. Customer service is always helpful and friendly.

I love the morning reports where you can make see if you have errors in check numbers. Prevent fraud Easy monthly reconciliation. the fact you can math two items to make one total. Check remaining funds and stale dated checks

I camnot think of any thing. I printed the help guide to reference when I had a question.

I do all the trust accounting for a large, non-affiliated title company with 7 offices.

It saves a lot of time compared to my old way of reconciling. It is also very easy to use. If you need to call in to customer service, they are great to help you almost immediately.

There were a few hiccups when setting up with the banks, but they were overcome pretty quickly.

Support is fantastic and it is super easy to use!

It takes the guess work out of our reconciliation process. What use to be done monthly and would take hours/days is now done every 15 minutes. No more waiting for months to uncovered outstanding checks and missed payments from lost mail!

RynohLive has saved our company many team member hours to reconcile accounts, solve questions of mistakes in deposits. Also it is so easy to set up new accounts and be reconciling the same month of new accounts being opened.

We are able to pull several reports such as files that are showing negative balance, funds that still showing in the file from a certain period, year, month, and date.

The product is very easy to use. Easy to keep track of transaction within the banks. The layout out of the website is clean and organized, each box is used with intent.

Be able to provide a "transaction history" to within a ledger, to determine why or how the account is negative or over than what it shows in the account.

No issues, every time that customer service is needed they are always there to help.

The ability to build reports, create alerts for specific needs, and easy to generate packages for reconciliation packages.

Need more available and interactive training on how to use the software.

We have had a really good experience with RynohLive. Their Customer Support is excellent. Unlike some companies their support is American based and their agents are very knowledgeable.

The reconciliation feature saves so much time.

The Escheat reporting. I have to manually manipulate it.

Takes the worry of a daily bank rec away. Automatically reconciles and does monthly 3 way trial balance.

We just switched to new software, Qualia, and Rynoh is not integrated yet.

This has save our company on several occasions with missing outgoing wires and checks. Your software is amazing.
