Clarcity makes it easy to report and manage expenses. Users can use their mobile device or their computer to enter their expenses, take pictures of receipts and add them. Expenses can be assigned a reviewer who can then review the expenses and approve them. If the expense is questionable, the reviewer can also push it back to the user to correct it before approving it.

The benefits I get from Clarcity is easily uploading receipts to expense reports, and being able to use the app for expense reports when I'm away from the office.

The thing I like most about Clarcity is that there's an option to use an app, which I've found much easier to use than the web version. I like that I can take a picture of a receipt and instantly upload it to my Clarcity receipt profile for later use.

The thing I dislike about Clarcity is that there are so many steps involved in submitting an expense report, ie: you have to n ame the report, select a location, select a description, assign an account number. And then when you go to approve an expense report, there are several steps as well. It takes me a long time to do just about anything in Clarcity.

I have been using Clarcity for about 6 months now. At first I was a little skeptical about the process. Now I would not want to be without Clarcity. I am a bookkeeper for 4 elementary schools. All of my staff uses Clarcity for their credit card transactions and reimbursements. Shared staff uses the mileage feature as well. Now that everyone is on the system, processing payments to vendors and staff has become so much easier. I also like that as an administrator I can go back and find a charge for anyone to see what budget account was used. This is huge when trying to forecast budget balances during interim check runs and year end spend down. I would recommend Clarcity to anyone with more that 10 staff to track. Clarcity is definitely a time-saver.

It's functionality. It's fairly easy to navigate through the system. For the most part it is self explanatory.

Not able to access it away from work. When trying to login away from work it doesn't seem to work or have the same functions available, but that could possibly be a user error.

I work for the transportation department at a local school district and we have just started using this system to report our activity trips and meal reimbursements. Overall it works great. I am able to enter all of my data and I get paid in a timely manner for my reimbursements. The only negative is that there sure are a bunch of steps and buttons to press going through the process. Our secretary had to print up an 18 step instruction page to help our employees to enter all of their data for one meal reimbursement at a time. Without that instruction page, I would be confused as to what to do! Maybe you could simplify the process for the average person by allowing all of the information to be filled out in 1 or 2 windows.

I use this multiple times per month to process company card transactions as well as to approve employee expense reports. In each situation, Clarcity does what I expect. The Android app is easy and quick enough to use. The itemization of expenses can be a bit lengthy within the site. That could use some user friendly magic dust. Other than that, it's a great value for the cost as compared to ADP and other counterparts.

I use Clarcity mutliple times per month as well once at the end of the month to submit a monthly credit card expense report. I'm able to do exactly what I need every time. Itemization can be a challenge but I suppose that would be with any expense system. Overall, I recommended it for the value. Previously, we used Concur.

The ease of use is my biggest hype. It doesn't take no time to sit down and have your remote done in a matter of minutes.

Features and functionality is the down fall. I think more things should be added. I am use to using concur and I feel as if that software offer more things.

I enjoy the customer service that we have received because it is a lot more personal than what we have had with larger companies.

It can be a little hard to navigate the inside interface and it is not always intuitive of how to navigate.

Clarcity is a decent product that makes it easy to book travel and file expenses. While it isn't as easy to use as our old software, I know it is much more affordable. Plus, unlike other flight booking services, Clarcity now includes Southwest Airlines rates! An added bonus for a user who exclusively travels Southwest.

I like that you can search, book and confirm travel and hotels within the software.

Filing all of your travel expenses can be cumbersome, but the app allows you to take pictures of your receipts and upload them directly to your Clarcity account.

I have been using CLarcity for approximately 4 months, and I have found it to be extremely "clunky" and user un-friendly. Oftentimes I search for hotels and flights, and the prices are much higher than using a traditional internet search engine (like Google Flights, Travelocity, etc). I have also run into issues where Clarcity cannot "find" the hotel I'm looking for, even if I type in specifics like the address and name of the hotel. Overall, I think the travel functions do not work well at all.

My company used a different product before they switching to Clarcity. In my opinion Clarcity has made doing my expense report easier. I also find the mileage calculator quite easy to navigate. Overall the best experience I have had so far is actually speaking to a customer Service representative. She was very helpful I wish i could remember her name; however she was very patient and worked with me until the problem was resolved.

I've been using Clarcity for about 4 months. At first it was hard for my staff to navigate. Now that everyone is on board it has made my job of reviewing travel reimbursement and school purchases so much easier. I would recommend Clarcity to anyone who have more than 10 employees. This has really sped up the payment processing time and enabled my staff to track their expenditures in a way we had never thought of. Thank you!

The phone app, I haven't been able to get it to work with my phone's camera to upload receipts. This would make it much easier.

The benefits I received from this software is a simply and easy process of getting expense approved in a timely manner.

I truly like nothing more than simplicity, which make me love using the software. At times I find myself filled with joy using this software.

I don't dislike the software, but I guess I can mention the lack of functionality compared to some of the other major players.

One of the most brilliant thing about Clarcity Travel & Expense is that it gives the full report of of how the travel expense is going in very simole way and help us in saving our time by processing the expense report automatically.

As a guide, I need something to keep track of my expenses for both myself and my employer. Clarcity is the best way of doing that when being on the move.

User interface could be more complimented to customers who need it for ease of use and accessibility when jumping from place to place.

Pretty easy to use and follow. Everything is very self-explanatory. Saves paper since everything is online. Keeps a good track of money management.

After using pen and paper so long to get reimbursements, Clarcity has simplified the process and helped it to be much more smooth! I though scanning in the recipes would be a bother, but instead, I like the opportunity to have it recorded so quickly!

The receipt email feature, the exactness of mileage.

It wasn't super user-friendly, to begin with.

Clarcity isn't great. I can't fully submit an expense report from the app and I always have issues uploading/importing PDF receipts.

Just learning Clarity, so far not impressed with the ease of use, functions of saving information for quick submission. I am required to use for mileage reimbursement, so I need to make entries several times per week.
