Overall I am a happy customer or user, It made it easier to work & saving my time daily, and I suggest this software for e-invoicing very strongly as the cost is moderate not too high or not too low. And customer service while clearing issues is also good.

Without Clear tax we are not able to run our activities

for e invoice process, E way bill tracking,

filing of manual generation of e way bill and e invoices

E-Invoice facility is very good and easy to use for everyone.

Nothing as such overall good product nothing to problem at the time of using.

Overall experience has been good. We have got good support from customer service Managers and our queries have been resolved fast enough. Got good support during Integration. Some issues were there but were resolved in time to time.

The most I liked about this software was its ease of use, ease in integration, timely updation in portal as per GSTR notifications and best part is its customer support provided.

In the 'View my Invoice' window filters can be added in all the columns.

Generally we are just importing the invoices from our company software using for E-invoicing and E-way bill from the clear tax portal and I would mention regarding that my experience is good and portal is user friendly.

According to my experience means prescribed work which I am doing on clear tax portal still not facing any challenges and portal works very smoothly and effective.

Can cleartax provide the Macro enabled excel file for GSTR-2B and Purchase register reconciliation. some time it would be difficult to reconcile in system.

It has been great in helping us out with compliances and other necessary actions. Although little bit customization would have taken it to the next level. But overall, for mid sized organisation and businesses, this has been a great tool to comply with recent amendments in E-Invoicing field.

The compatibility and ease of use is at benchmark level on this product. It allows wide variety of features and options to modify the product according to yours as well as statutory needs.

There are certain limitations we faced due to various reasons on our part as well as product part. But they are manageable.
