"GoCardless sends regular emails with pay-out information, including the customer detail breakdown and fee amount deducted to allow for quick reconciliation, and quickly transfers money into our bank account with no issues."

"GoCardless integrates with both our accounting and fundraising software, ensuring the 2 systems are synced."

"Simplicity and focus. While other platforms can get distracted and try to offer everything, GoCardless have focussed on and are a near authority on making Direct Debits available to the masses."

"When the direct debit integrated services between Gocardless and Quickbooks doesnt work, which happened for 50% of out customer base and was very hard to restore."

"Also, Gocardless cant collect payments from Poland where some of our customers are based."
