happy with invoice crowd . recommended !

I've tried countless invoicing apps, from zoho to lesser known ones.. Invoice Crowd is one of the best in my opinion. and that's because the deal pricing beats the big names pricing. and the features are conclusive and just right.. a common "mistake" i think many invoicing apps make is implementing too many features, it's an overkill.. I think Invoice Crowd has just the right feature and easy to use.

* A simple mobile app is a must, at least to create invoices and track simple payments. * maybe consider adding more templates, although the ability to design your own is neat. * (i think) doesn't offer cname, which would be cool for agencies. * note to developer; please focus on current features and improve them, instead of over bloating the app with everything , like others in the market now.

As it stands currently, it's the easiest invoicing software I've used. I am hoping that this software succeeds and gets developed into a full fledged contender in the accounting software world because the user experience is just so intuitive I don't want to go back to anything else I've tried.

It's so intuitive that it took less than 15 minutes for me to have a test invoice sent, and I didn't have to change anything about it at all, everything just works.

There are a few other tidbits of development that I'd like to see fast tracked, like more options for automatic payment reminders and recurring invoice timing (I need every 2 weeks which isn't an option yet). I haven't seen enough of their process to be confident that all my wants will be fulfilled, so I can't speak to developmental pace or confidence that my all wildest invoicing and accounting dreams will come true.

i really wish it was better or the dev team cared to listen to customer feedback. the fact that you can't get a backup of your data and they won't provide you one, is really alarming for an app that has your finances / invoices , etc.. not a good sign at all.

no mobile app laggy - there's always some bugs - they transferred to a new platform / upgraded services / and everything is a mess from missing data, missing images, etc.. there is no way to get a backup of your data!!

I recently started a consulting arm of my business and was looking for a simple, but robust invoicing software that didn't overwhelm me. I searched and found Invoice Crowd, which has been the perfect solution. I was able to purchase Invoice Crowd, set up my business profile, add client profiles, integrate my payment options, add my own brand colors and logos, and create several invoices within minutes of joining. I'm pretty amazed at how easy they have made it. I researched many invoicing systems and this by far was exactly what I was looking for in order to get invoices out with a quick turnaround. I'd highly recommend it.

I love how I can provide discounts, customize the invoices with extra sections and text, as well as track expenses in addition to those invoiced.

Would love to see the links to the online payment options automatically added to the .pdf version of the invoice. As of now, I was able to manually add them so they show up when printed which is needed for company's who merely forward the pdf version of the invoice to their accounting departments rather than forward the original email that includes the links to payment gateways.

I like it it's simple and it's user friendly. As small business owner I’m already busy as is. i don't need complicated software. currently using quickbook desktop which is really good but it's not online. and i was going to sign up for quickbook subscription and found this on app sumo. really happy with it so far. I love the fact that i don't need my computer to check my financials. i can do it anytime and anywhere. Would be great if in the future it app with ability to take receipt this will be my only feedback. I am so happy I get a chance to get this lifetime subscription.

Love the simple design and easy to navigate. I love online log in so i can work anytime and anywhere.

i wish they they the app with the abilitiy to take pic of my receipt and organize them in folder for tax purposes.

I liked its simplicity. I'm not doing my own accounting, this is just a place to organize the data, issue invoices, and get an approximation of high-level finances.

Its "accounting" subtab could be better termed as "internal" finances IMO because it's not designed to be full accounting. It's a receipt capture, data input tool and labeling it as "Internal" finances or something similar could help align with its features.

Overall I like the product and find it easy to use, even if you do not have an accounting or bookkeeping background.

I've been a long-time user of Quickbooks and there is a steep learning curve in navigating through QB, whereas Invoice Crowd is extremely easy to use. I found it very intuitive to use, similar to using an iPhone. I was able to get my business setup, from scratch, in less than 5 min. I love this software and would highly recommend it to any entrepreneur looking to get their books organized, without having to learn a new skill.

I wished it had a way to scan receipts and automatically input the expenses for me.

I been looking for a replacement for Freshbooks and after trying a few different options I am pretty thrilled about Invoice Crowd. Clean and simple to use interface. Features that I love: - Recurring invoicing - Having the ability to have multiple company's in 1 account - More then enough payment processor integrations - Invoice Templates - Team Members can be added I think this invoicing software is going to be a good fit for just about any size company!

How is it is to use and that I can have multiple companies under 1 account!

Overall, I'm extremely happy with Invoice Crowd and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use invoicing tool. The service support is available to help with any questions or issues and they are already working on correcting some minor bugs!

The invoicing process is simple and straightforward, and the tool has a variety of features like recurring payments, reminder e-mails, late fees.

The only thing I regret though is their logo being present at the bottom of the email and the invoice page, I wish they could remove it completely so it would look more professional.

I purchased this software through AppSumo. It was quick and painless. The pricing is awesome - saving me money not using Quickbooks. I am a small business not needing all the bells and whistles of a major brand. All I need is estimates, invoices, and payment processing. Bingo!

Only thing so far is when sending estimates/invoices to customers. The email you create doesn't count your Return/Enter characters. It is just one large paragraph. I see this getting fixed in later updates.

I love it because it gives you the opportunity to create professional invoices that look good and you can also track expenses without having to worry about the tedious process of excel sheets.

Invoice Crowd is a very clean and easy to use tool. Every entrepreneur needs such a tool. I really like the quality and formatting of the templates, good image and branding for your business ;-)

LicenceOne Allows me to enhance the value aspect of Client-side Invoices and Receipts. It helped me manage my work and automate the billing aspect entirely.

None that I can add at the top of my head. Their roadmap is ever full of features and makes sense to keep an eye out for new updates

The UI is clean and clear. Easy to navigate and locate each function. There are enough functions for small businesses like mine to use. They are fuss-free helps me to focus on my business instead.

Provide more options to increase customers’ details. It doesn’t have to be full-fledge CRM programme, but it would really help if this app can help us hold more customers’ details. I’m in the education industry. So other than the students’ details, it would help if I could store more parents’/guardians’ details so that I can manage my business without having a separate app.

So far I like it. It has been easy to input all my information and create an invoice. Only time will tell if it's a great fit, but I have a good feeling about it.

So far I would have to say how easy it is to use. I was able to add my items quickly as well as customer information.

Did not see the option to import contacts.

We are very excited to have signed up with Invoice Crowd and will stick around for a long time. We needed ease of use and being a small business we are just starting as well and it really helps to have a company you can count on. Invoice Crowd has it.

Recurring payments, half-payments, accounting, top clients, multiple business profiles, etc. It has a clean, easy-to-understand layout and is cloud-based, which is perfect for us as we can write up estimates during or after meeting/speaking to our clients. See your expenses upfront and center. Since we both perform different jobs in one, Invoice Crowd makes accounting simple with the different business profiles and keep track of our clients.

We do not see anything that we do not like. This software is taking the lead and I believe that Invoice Crowd has potential and will grow, adding more features and will continue to update.

So I was doing invoicing the hard way; creating an invoice in Canva, editing it each time for the month, and then emailing it to the client. This was cumbersome and bleh. I really hadn't thought of using any other method until a new client wanted to pay with a credit card. OOPS! So I went to AppSumo to see if I could get some help and low and behold, Invoice Crowd came to my rescue. You can connect Stripe payments, Card Connect, and PayPal which was perfect for me! It was super easy to set up each new customer and to also customize my invoice template. The emails are pretty straightforward and nice looking. This has really saved me a lot of time and I feel so "official" using it lol. This is an easy decision, just do it!

I needed to split payments for an invoice, but was not able to do it other than creating two invoices. Might actually be a feature, I just haven't found it yet.

- Customize email templates - Ability to add custom taxes (including both positive and negative taxes which is something required in some countries) - The system respects invoice numeration even if you manually change an invoice number - Nice and simple layout and good UX - Multi currency - Once an invoice is sent by email, you can track if the client has opened the invoice or not

- Send invoices automatically. Even thought the platform allows creating recurring invoices, this are not sent automatically to the client. I consider this feature to be a must have. - Email templates. You can send invoices to clients by email from the platform but need to write the text manually everytime. Not possible to save an email template. - For recurring invoices you can schedule them monthly but you have to manually select the day of the month. I miss having an option to select the last day of the month. I consider this a must have feature. - Attach invoices as a PDF to the emails and track emails opened instead of invoices opened - Conditional tags for email templates (i.e. name, company name, invooice number, invoice amount...)

I spent a lot of time researching invoice software to replace my old system. I had the difficult task of finding the right product that was easy to use, not expensive, and had all the features I needed. I was impressed by how simple and professional Invoice Crowd looked and it really did meet my needs. It's really amazing, it has changed the way my company manages it's financials and I am proud to recommend this simple and user friendly tool to anyone who needs invoice software. It's is the hub of my business. I use it to get paid faster, keep track of my money coming in and going out, and much more. It's a great tool for any business owner!

I really like the design and functionality. I was using another invoicing software before and was honestly embarrassed to send them out to clients. Not anymore!

So far, I haven't come across anything negative. I'm not saying there isn't anything that I won't like, but so far all of my expectations have either been met or exceeded.

I provide graphic and web design services and have never really liked the options for invoicing I've seen from other online software. I found them difficult to use and too expensive for my purposes. Invoice Crowd is exactly what I've been looking for! It's really easy to navigate the interface and create invoices and expense items. The invoices are really nice looking as well. I like the template options. I've been another program for years that's buggy and costs way too much. I'll be switching everything over to Invoice Crowd.

It doesn't seem to have a mobile app yet. Hopefully, this will be added in the future.

I have been using QuickBooks for years and I am sick of the recurring payment. So I figured I would give this a shot. It has a nice, clean user interface. I am working on migrating most of my data now. I am hoping this works out and works as I expect.

So far I have not found any cons. Once I get using it more and more I am sure I will find some.

Invoice Crowd is an easy to use invoicing solution that enables me to manage invoicing for more than one business through a single license and a single login. The user interface is easy to navigate, which makes for virtually no learning curve...and the cloud software checks every box for me in terms of features and functionality.

I'm not sure I know all the product features quite yet, but perhaps as the development continues, additional integrations would be nice.
