An Invoicing Program That is Simple and Intuitive
I love the recurring invoice options and how professional they look to clients when I send them out.
CONSI have no complaints with invoicequick so I don't know what to write here?

Works great for my company
This product is easily navigated when trying to invoice a new client or look up past invoices
CONSI like all functions very much and dont have a function I dont like

Easy to Use
They had a very long free trial so it was a no brainer to use; but when the trial expired I had to decide if I wanted to make my own, inferior, invoices for free or pay a little to continue using their product. I'm a full time artist and so I typically only need to invoice 1-4 clients a month so I currently have the time to make my own invoices but if I ever did need to purchase an invoice product / service this would be the one.
PROSEasy to Use All the features I could want The invoices look nice & professional (not d.i.y.)
CONSThey allow additional comments to be added to the bottom of invoices but the comments are almost like fine print & it did cause a little fiasco for me one time (the client didn't see that the invoice was only for half).

InvoiceQuick is great for freelancers and small businesses alike
Arguably the best aspect of InvoiceQuick is the fact that the software continues to evolve for the better with each update, adding features that streamline the accounting process.
CONSMore/advanced integration with platforms like Excel or Google Sheets would be a welcome feature

While Quickbooks offers additional features like payroll, we ultimately wanted something less complex and budget friendly.

Our boutique company's needs changed from using a third party to handle accounting/invoicing clients and wanted to make the transition to something we can easily use internally with a small team and roster of clients.

I did the trial and I'm hooked!
I've really liked it so far!
PROSI like the customization, everything is easy to use and navigate.
CONSI've had a couple technical issues, one self- inflicted lol, the other maybe was a glitch, but overall very minimal issues.

Invoice customers, Manage Vendors, and More
InvoiceQuick is really intuitive and makes creating custom invoices a breeze. The invoices reach a customer's inbox with 100% reliability and the automated follow ups, when needed, help you get the payments. What's more? If you want a feature, the team is responsive to develop and roll it out. All in all a promising SaaS. Don't be on the fence anymore!
CONSNot cons, but the following features would make InvoiceQuick even more awesome for me: - Custom SMTP: it'd be helpful to be able to set up my own AWS SES as the SMTP server so I can use my domain to send - allowing for a complete white label experience. - Define Financial Year: In India, the FY is 01 April to 31 March. It'd be really helpful to be able to set the start of financial year based on local accounting needs. - Balance Sheet: Possibility to create and email a balance sheet for tax filing straight to the accountant - Integrate InvoiceQuick with VBOUT CRM / Marketing Automation so a new customer can be pushed to a contact list

Loved it -- will be going Pro after our free trial!
PROSHas all the features we need for our travel agency. Easy to use, not buggy at all. Clean interface.
CONSNo mobile or desktop app yet, but apparently it's already in development!

Simple Software That Works
It just works and it looks nice! Looked around for a day or so and this was the software that looked the nicest and didn't display their brand all over the invoices. Customer service was quick to respond when my account got locked for inactivity.
CONSMy account was locked due to inactivity. It had been quite a long time since I used the software and they got it back up in a short amount of time, but it was still a mild annoyance when I discovered it.

Simple, affordable and awesome!
Support is good, never had an issue with downtime and price is unbeatable!!!
PROSWe use it for recurring invoicing and automated payment processing. Our customer get a pdf invoice and a link to process payment. All we pay is the monthly fee which is super cheap compared to everything else we’ve used and don’t have to worry about them charging us percentage or commissions of our stripe transactions! Very transparent.
CONSInitially we didn’t have the ability to manage items but that was added earlier this year and it’s just perfect!

In December 2019 I signed up and began using your invoicing system for free with 34 invoices issued to date. My company failed in early 2019 and have been struggling to build a new one since. I wanted to send a thank you note for the free usage and compliment on all the changes and upgrades made in the last 17 months. Hopefully, it will become necessary to expand usage and need to upgrade to your Pro product. Great job to all the folks working on this app - your work is helping people and it is appreciated. An amazing product and very easy to use with all required in-built functions
A very pleasant experience, working perfectly and meets all my requirements. Keep it up, InvoiceQuick team.
PROSIt is very easy to use, and have enough features for my basic needs. I have been using the software since the time it was FreeInvoiceMaker and it is only getting better.
CONSI feel like the software is constantly improving with additional of small features, hence no real deal breaker for my needs. Could be some drawbacks for bigger scale business, but not for a small company who does not have a lot of clients.

PROSI like that it makes a pretty looking invoice with clear information. All I do is enter in the relevant people and the cost and send it out
CONSThe ability to change company names and logos could be improved, I have had several people send me incorrectly labeled checks because the company name on the invoice was outdate despite redoing it before. If these changes were easier to make and auto saved with every changethat would mitigate such dilemas

Best online invoice maker
Just amazing that all I can say.
PROSI like everything really just waiting on a app I can use on my phone now.... I like how it have an international feeling am all the way in jamaica using it thanks to who ever came up with this idea. Just need the app asap

Great software
It's much easier to keep track of invoices and payments over my old setup, also the ability to have income and expenses at my fingertips
PROSi really like the new updates and the dashboard it makes navigation very easy.
CONSnot really any cons on the programs end. I still have a little trouble navigating certain things but that is just me.

Perfect tool in your deck
When I went freelance I was looking for a tool that was easy to use and was not too expensive. Starting out, I didn't have many paying clients. This tool checked all the boxes.
CONSI have no complaints, great tool. Easy to use and I get all my invoices out quickly.

InvoiceQuick for more than 5 years!
Invoice quick have made it easier for me to invoice a client. We have another account for customers that we need to invoice temporarily as they have an option to make QUICK invoice without creating an account.
PROSI like that it is so simple to use and it is free up to 3 clients. I like that it is so easy to view all that has been invoiced and what has been paid or not.
CONSI would love to have an option to mark an invoice paid in the dashboard or invoice list without going inside the invoice.
