Mohsin Z - Excellent Solution for QuickBooks syncing
Ease of use with a multitude of options, including custom rules. We use it to sync WooCommerce and Stripe transactions with our QBO account and PayTraQer makes it a breeze.
CONSSo far, it's been all good. Any minor issues we have faced have been promptly attended to by their CS team.

Made my life easier
Easy to understand, User friendly, And excellent customer support. I chatted with [sensitive content hidden] and he was brilliant in his response which saved me time

I trialed the others and Paytraqer gave me all the features in the trial so i knew what the software was able to achieve before subscribing to it straight away for a year

Incredibly slow to sync
The interface is okay. It's easy to find where things are located.
CONSBiggest con is the amount of time it takes to sync to Quickbooks. I spend nearly 30 seconds to 1 minute PER TRANSACTION. When I have hundreds of transactions to sync, it is agonizingly slow.

Great Technical Support
Overall experience is great. I was especially happy with the technical support person [sensitive content hidden] that assisted me today, and took the time to go over everything with me without giving up to fix my set up problem.
PROSI enjoy that the app helps me streamline the process of tracking my stripe account fees automatically.
CONSA little tricky to set up at first, but mostly because of my lack of knowledge with QuickBooks.

Best multiplatform Syncing Program for Quickbooks handsdown!
PayTraqer is an amazing tool and the customer service is awesome! Shouts to [sensitive content hidden] for taking the time to make sure I was taken care of with all of my needs. [sensitive content hidden] is the definition of customer service !
PROSIt just works! Set up your payment platforms on PayTraqer and it will sync sales to QB automagically!
CONSHaven't found one yet! What's not to like about automation?!

Excellent Customer Support

Great, but slower or only USA timezone responses to support questions
PROSSeemlesssly matches payments from PayPal, stripe and square
CONSSeems quite slow when manually syncing but normally it's set to automatic in the background

I am glad I found paytraqer
I have looked for sometime for a program that will safely and easily share my payment processing information with quickbooks. I came across paytraqer and I have been very pleased with the product and [sensitive content hidden] in customer service has been amazing. I definitely reccomend this software.

Solid solution for syncing Shopify & Quickbooks
Great customer support and the app is fairly intutive to implement.
CONSA few syncing issues did arise with properly syncing that did require customer support.
Reasons for switching to PayTraQer
QB's connect struggled to function properly.

Simple Tool for Small Business
Very simple product, great support when needed.
PROSIt's a simple tool to automate transferring my Square and Stripe transactions into Quickbooks Online
CONSOnce in a while there are glitches and transactions don't go through. There are a lot of settings within each different app that need to align.

A great way to integrate Quickbooks Online with Stripe and PayPal
I was looking for something inexpensive to help with the automation of Stripe and PayPal with my QuickBooks Online. I'm delighted with the solution PayTraQer provides.
PROSPayTraQer provided the perfect solution to provide synchronisation
CONSSometimes I have found unexplained errors or errors I couldn't resolve myself. But the support is fantastic; I've always had a response within seconds(!), and the issue has been resolved 100% of the time.

Outstanding Client Support
Very easy to set up and use. Great client support. Needed a solution that required some development work. The SaasAnt team, specifically [sensitive content hidden], addressed my enhancement request and delivered a great solution.
CONSMost of my set up was by trial and error. Not the best way to implement a new integration, but in the end worked out very well.

Quickbooks online sync
The idea that this would seamlessly sync with QB was what drew me to this app. There have been many hiccups but the customer support has been ok up till the last service rep that I worked with. He definitely went above and beyond to solve my issue. If it couldn't be fixed I would have had to find a different app.
CONSThe setup isn't all that easy. Some of the verbiage is unfamiliar and there isn't a good explanation. There is a definite language barrier with some of the reps that make a frustrating situation harder.

Review.
Two frustrating days trying to understand how it works and how to get it set up properly; definitely not an app you can start using "out of the box".
PROSThe ability to batch process all our Stripe transactions.
CONSVery difficult to set up properly; but with [sensitive content hidden] help I believe it will go much better.

Price was definitely a consideration; also it seemed like it would be easier than other apps I looked at.

Efficiently Manage Your Payroll with PayTraQer by Saasant
[sensitive content hidden] and his team go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns that arise. Their dedication and attention to detail ensure that businesses can rely on PayTraQer for their payroll needs.
PROS1. it does what it's suppose to do, synced my stripe and Paypal to my Quickbooks account2. their support walked me through the entire thing, created rules for me, and now it's 1005 automated. I set it, and now I can forget it.
CONSno cons really.. it was a bit of a shell game to switch licenses from stripe to paypal with the license tier i'm on... but in the end it worked.
