it makes my life alot easier

PROS

Being able to book without always having to supply the credit card details makes booking alot quicker and easier. The fact that employees dont have to expense stays is hugely important. Roomex provides and simple platform where we can keep an eye on everyones spending on hotels, previously we would have to go through the expenses to check on trends.

CONS

nothing, really, except that you cant just put in a hotel name in the search bar, you have to put in the town and I might not always have been given that by the person booking.

Roomex is a great, quick and efficient software!

Roomex makes travel bookings quick and easy and the account managers I have spoke to have been great and really helpful when I have needed them and also checked in regularly to see how we are getting on with the software.

PROS

I have used RoomEx for many years (at a previous business) and when travel started picking up where I work currently I knew we needed Roomex to make travel booking quick and easy. The dashboard is great and easy to use and I like that I can quickly get onto my bookings to make any amends if needed.

CONS

Roomex is great, my only slight gripe is i wish it saved my log in details so i didn't have to input my email address every time I access the site.

We chose Roomex as having used it previously we knew we would have no issues with the software.

Useful and quick

Very happ with what Roomex offers, also useful when booking via my mobile device

Roomex allows swift booking and approval which is ideal. There is a good variety of hotels to suit budget and the addition of an allowance voucher makes it much easier when arriving at location

Sometimes the pricing may be a little out when compared to other sites but understand there may be a slight compromise of price over availability and functionality

We can still get better deals outside of Roomex and a lot of the time the same hotels are showing, but more expensive.

Ease of using Roomex

I have only encountered good experiences. Bookings made easy, confirmation of booking is immediately and the cost of the hotels is less than when I used to have to book accommodation through my company.

PROS

Previously to having the use of Roomex, I had to request accommodation via our Travel Department. This involved filling out requests, emailing and waiting for replies as to whether or not the hotel requested was available. With Roomex I simply go online, enter the post code of where I will be working and select the most appropriate hotel with the features that I require. Availability, cost and booking is available immediately.

CONS

Sometimes when selecting hotels with breakfast and evening meal available does limit the number of hotels.
