Its is easy to use and manage in a small business setting with less complex inventory to keep track of. #### Cons It does lag on certain devices. The fees are slightly high for the lack of customization you can do. There should not be fees for online transactions. In an ideal world the fees should be under 2%. As of writing this review the fees are 2.6% + 15c per transaction. And it was so easy to set up. I mean plug and go. So there was no need to have anyone come in and set up. #### Cons The initial hardware costs are low, and basic features are available without a monthly subscription, But if you want to add employee management or payroll those are added fees. Maybe for a small hotel or business it would be affordable able. But for our property and the amount of online and phone reservations that we take the transaction fees really rack up.
