AI for Academia is a product built by XOPA. This platform helps with hiring for scholarships, graduates, admissions and alumni. The platform uses a proprietary matching algorithm that looks at each candidates compatibility and interests and address a multitude of matching scenarios. This product can be integrated with tracking systems such as SAP, Workday, Taleo and more. Users have the ability to assess applicants based off of essays, personality test and multiple choice questions. Best fit for universities and academia.
