It was enlightening to find out the existence of such a life-changing tool for admissions teams.

Pros

What I like most is that you have all you need in the same tool and it is very easy to use from the candidate's perspective. As well, the admissions team has the candidate's files, the candidate's status and latest activity at a glance. The tool can be customize with the Business School image and the candidate feels as it was in the Business Schools campus. On the other side, the fact that you can make segments, it makes your emailing campaigns more effective.

Cons

The tool does not offer good analytics and data yet. I know they are working on that. Now that the admission package is very well developed, it will be very useful to have some sort of analytical data per month comparing different academic years.

Great Admissions Management software and support

We’ve been working with Full Fabric for 7 years now, and overall my experience has been very positive. In the past we had one of those "one size fits all" kind of CRM, and previous to that we had an in-house software that made us 100% dependable of our IT team. Since working with Full Fabric, we stopped wasting time with excel lists. We are able to see the "business" in real time...who filled in the references, who is writing the essays, who started an application, and we are able to quickly follow up. Honestly, I feel that we've been growing alongside with Full Fabric. The support is great, they always try to bring added value to our own processes, and the software is evolving along with our needs.

Pros

How easy it is to see the (recruitment) status of a class; plus it is great to have the ability to add notes to each profile. It allows the entire team to be up to date with any applicant. It has served us well in a period we had 2 people in maternity leave at the same time and had to hire new teammates. Full Fabric integrates events and email campaign features, allowing us to nurture our leads.

Cons

I wish the students’ portal content management was more intuitive.

We use the Full Fabric system to manage the selection of our scholarship applicants. It works well.

Pros

The system is relatively easy and straightforward to use and it manages the selection process well. It is easy to use for the applicant as well as the management of the scholarship scheme.

Cons

Sometimes the functionality is a little limiting in terms of reporting and tracking - especially during the assessment phase.

Full Fabric is a great tool for admissions and recruiting.

Smoother and faster process.

Pros

It is quite easy to use and you get a good overall view of the situation. You can do admissions and evaluate candidates (both general and academic evaluation) in the same programme which is a huge plus.

Cons

Some reports we need due to the legistlation have prooven to be a bit tricky to get out of the system but we have always found a way with the Full Fabric team´s help.

Very good quality SIS that streamlines recruitment and enrollment. Friendly and very helpful support

Pros

I like the flexibility and ability to customize the software, we work closely with FullFabric team to align the features of teh software with our work-flows and needs. New features are added regularly, and this improves the functionality of the software. Customer service is very fast to respond most of the time.

Cons

There is still room for improvement, especially for managing the academic calendar. But, I trust Full Fabric team, and a new and improved version of the calendar will be launched soon.

To find information about a candidate is always straight forward.

Is easy to get access to candidates, and to have a quick glance at important statistics. It is great to be able to schedule the different campaigns.

Pros

That I can filter the candidates according to the programme they are applying and the step they are on the admissions process

Cons

We can not use it fully, but that was a mistake from our side when asking to establish all the steps on the admissions process.
