Amazing Product, Amazing Service

A+++++ Executive is extremely helpful, if I have a question about anything he responds within minutes.

PROS

the velocity of my products increased by 200 percent as soon as I implemented Perpetua. Not only that, ACOS went down by nearly 30 percent. The algorithm is extremely intelligent and makes proper daily adjustments on my bids allowing my to be way more profitable than before I implemented them.

there are absolutely no cons about this software

Best Advertising Platform for your Amazon Business

PROS

Perpetua is an amazing advertising platform for agencies! The tools available to improve advertising efficiency is the best we have ever used.

CONS

It would be great if the data was real time and not delayed for 2 days.

Stay Away! Terrible service, bad results way worse off by using them and do not trust them

Supposedly their "machine" does it all. There was no follow up and even though I wrote and told them things were way worse they said oh just wait because it takes a bit of time.... it continued worse for 10 weeks! On the second meeting the account rep wasn't sure what he or the system did "wrong" that my results were so much worse. I told him I wanted to cancel and he said yes, he understands it's obvious and the numbers dont lie. He said my subscription would be canceled/non renewed when my "trial" was over and no further charges. I double confirmed with him in writing. I also confirmed on the Sellics site in their chat (because Sellics is the biller of Perpetua). They also confirmed in writing to me it would not be charged on their end because that came from Perpetua. Then what did they do? They CHARGED me again! They put through a new subsciption. I am furious because they said oh that was a mistake and they would process a credit. It has been over 2 weeks and they still will not refund me the money, and I am getting no response and there are no telephone numbers either for Sellics or for Perpetua. This is a FRAUD. I have spent so many hours many many hours and emails upon emails. Every aspect from the onboarding to campaign mgmt, attention, performance, to cust svc, to issuing me a credit terrible. Also be ware they make changes to your existing Amazon campaigns so you will not be able to easily go back to them to reinstate when their campaigns dont work

PROS

The idea of how easy it is to use is the lure, but it gave terrible results

CONS

Bad experience thru and thru! onboarding took 20 days while they connect your account and they have issues connecting. Then on the first call you are surprised at how simple it is and think it will be great because the Perpetua rep on the call with you tells you that you are going to get amazing results, and that your sales will go up and your ACOS will go down, etc... DON"T BELIEVE THEM! In my 90 day trial my sales decreased 30%, net margin decreased 8%, conversion rate decreased 2% ad spend increased 4%. They will tell you everything is going to be better and what will happen is you will end up WAY WAY worse than when you started. Onboarding is terrible it took my account 3 weeks for them to set up. AND I was charged and paying while they were not providing me any service at all, also they would not extend my dates on the 90 day "trial" even though they did not have my account set up, so it's more like a 60 some day trial - that you are paying for already if you are coming from Sellics. Meeting with account specialist - he gives an easy and basic explanation for about 10 minutes and promises improvements and results. When I asked him "what if my account doesn't see these results you are advising, and ends up worse off". He said "that won't be the case"! What a LIAR - everything was worse with Perpetua my sales went down 30+% my net profits went down 8%! Conversion rate down 2% , my advertising spend went up 4%, eveything worse!

Reasons for switching to Perpetua

Sellics and Perpetua merged and so Sellics said to try because it was easier to use and would also give better results with less effort

invaluable tool

Really delighted with the experience. Their help desk are really helpful, and always get back to me in good time. Clean, easy to use software.

PROS

A clean and easy to use software. The way you can set a target acos, and it does all the leg work for you insofar as bid optimization is concerned – well, it's an absolute godsend.

CONS

The only thing I'd suggest is that they include a few more instructional material on the difference between different types of goals. They explain it during onboarding, but it can be a bit tricky to recall all the minutae.

So Easy to Use

PROS

The platform is so easy to use and so hands off. The campaigns are so easy to set up and once they are set up Perpetua pretty much does all the work for you.

CONS

There isn't much to complain about. They could always have a bit more data regarding the campaign performance.
