10to8 is a cloud-based booking solution for small to large businesses in all industries. It provides users with a customized booking website where clients can schedule appointments, pay for events and services and access existing bookings.

Clients can schedule, cancel and reschedule appointments as needed. Appointments are automatically synched with user calendars, and 10to8 can integrate with Gmail, Outlook, iCal and more. Users can maintain multiple calendars if necessary. Attendees can receive email and text message reminders, and users can store notes, questionnaires and other client data.

Booking buttons and forms can be embedded into existing websites, and users can also access a direct chat feature to talk with clients. Reporting features allow users to track confirmed appointments, unpaid bills and more. 10to8 also provides multi-language support and allows users to customize their dashboard.

Email and phone support are offered. Pricing is per user per month.

10 to 8 is my favorite scheduling software

I've used 10 to 8 on both the client end and the business end. It's a great user experience from both sides. It's very easy to book an appointment, the text reminders are fantastic, and the ability to add the appointment to a Google or Outlook calendar is very convenient. I've used some other products like Schedule Once, and many are just too cumbersome and confusing. 10 to 8 got it right with enough flexibility and customization without sacrificing the user experience.

Pros

Great value in the free version, automated SMS reminders for people who book appointments, very easy to set up, WordPress plug-in available

Cons

Sometimes the booking page can be a little funky when trying to update the banner. At times I've tried to update the banner and it didn't update after several attempts.

Great tool for busy scheduling people

Pros

It allows you to make up to 100 appointments a month for free, you can also set it up to take payments.

Cons

Although it allows you to do a lot for free, if you want to receive text and email reminders you will have to upgrade to a paid plan.

Scheduling software with solid free version

I have tested several scheduling softwares and I like 10to8 the best. It's incredibly simple to set up and use. I have clients in multiple timezones and the free version of 10to8 does the time conversion for us.

Pros

I like that there is a free version. I like that it's veeerrrrrry simple to set up. I like that the time conversion is automatic and not limited to paid versions. I like that the interface, though not as beautiful as some other scheduling software, is clean and attractive.

Cons

The free version is very clunky. It's almost worth it to pay to upgrade as the clunkiness looks unprofessional. The clunkiness also belies how great this site actually is.

Cannot fault this wondrous piece of scheduling software

Pros

As a small business owner I'm always looking for ways to cut costs and still get the best out of the software I use and 10to8 gives me a free version of software that does just that. My clients can schedule meetings with me, and the SMS reminders are available too. It's perfect for my needs.

Cons

The free version doesn't come with customisable branding but that's a small price to pay for the rest of the functionality.

Good software program just not quite the right fit

I used it for a couple of months and as far as scheduling went it was great. I liked being able to see messages that went out to clients and that they could reply text and it would be recorded under their client info. I wish it had a way to schedule mulitple people for a single class and that the back end dashboard was not so confusing.

Pros

I love the easy of set up, use and record of text messages and emails sent to client.

Cons

I did not like that there was no feature to schedule people for classes, and the dashboard was very confusing.

FREE version is amazing

Booking clients online is generating more revenue for me! Woohoo $$

Pros

When I first started working a a massage therapist this was my booking system of choice and it was amazing. The free version offers so much, and you can link your calendar to the software as well (I used google calendar)

Cons

Wish they had an actual app for the iPhone or android platform.

Wonderful FREE software!

Pros

I love that it is free for my small business! It is espy to use and looks really professional. Feedback forms are great!

Cons

Because I use the free package I don't have the texting option. I wish I had more feedback, but I like this program overall, it works well for my purposes.

BEST EASY TO USE AND software

Easy to customizable and that's​ just the free version when you use the paid service your clients will love it it looks a lot more professional and even if you just use the free version it is still a great software to use.

Pros

You can use this for any business, get your clients to booking and change appointments, you can even set it up to take payment, have your work schedule on it, so your clients can see when you​ are available​ to what best works for them, the best feature on here for me is that your clients get emails and text to remind about there appointment with you and it is all for free.

Cons

it sends​ out texted so many​ MESSAGES it will start being annoying to some of your clients and it always sends text messages of a different number.

Most convenient calendar!

Pros

No more going back and forth with your client trying to settle on a date. Choose a date and then go back and forth for details right on the appointment.

Cons

Had issues integrating it with Paypal, but got the hang of it once it was done!

Gets the job done, but not the best option

Pros

It was a cheaper than other scheduling solutions.

Cons

The interface just wasn't very user friendly. I ended up going with Calendly instead, which I'm very happy with.

10to8 is Good, but Doesn't do What I Need.

Pros

10to8 is very easy to set up and use. Even the free package has the capability to accept payments and schedule group or class sessions on a calendar. Each customer that books is automatically saved into the customer database and there is no log in screen for your customers to deal with.

Cons

10to8 linked with my payment processing software with absolutely no issues. But, some of my customers prefer to pay with cash upon arrival to their appointment. Once I selected the "collect payment during registration" option while setting up my 10to8 calendar, all of my customers had to pay while registering. I contacted a representative who informed me that the only way to accept cash as a payment, was to turn of the "collect payment" option prior to booking the customer, and then turning it back on. How inconvenient!

Appointment Scheduling Software for Busy People

Pros

I was searching for a software to be able to manage my appointments. I found 10to8Scheduling Software and it has helped me manage my time and appointments the way I envisioned it to be. Before I used this software, my calendar was a mess and I would sometimes double-book appointments since I overlooked the schedule. Ever since I’ve been using this software, I’m more organized and at ease when it comes to scheduling meetings. The software sends me reminders, and aside from the computer, I can also use it on my Smartphone. One perk offered is that the first 100 appointments are free. That’s a very good marketing promo.

Cons

The only thing I didn’t like about this software is the interface. As a graphic designer, I would have preferred to see something more colorful and attractive. Other than that, everything seems to be fine.

Unique Scheduler

So I liked the software until the company I was using to accept payments started offering an appointment scheduler. It streamlined better for my company. But for others, it may work well for you especially at it's free cost.

Pros

I like that it can be integrated within so many different areas. For example, Facebook, Quickbooks, and Office365. You can accept online payments for booking through PayPal and it syncs to my Google calendar which is A+.

Cons

The downfall is accepting payments through PayPal. I hate having so many payments posting to Quickbooks.

Great schedule tool with a host of features!

I have been a user of 10to8 for over a year now, and I have to say it has become an invaluable tool to schedule meetings with my students. When I first looked for a scheduling solution, I tested out several before making a choice and I have been very pleased. There are several options out there, and both paid and free resources. However, if you seek a full host of resources then expect to pay a monthly fee, and compared to others 10to8 is a good value for sure. They have been very reliable, the support is great, and I enjoy the many features. I have seen many changes and upgrades over the past year, and I anticipate they will continue to get better over time; not to say it is not good already. Very happy with the tool, and hope they will add a full featured app for iPhone in the future. That said, I have referred many colleagues and continue to be an avid user.

Pros

Many followup tools, such as reminders to both text and email to help students remember appointment times. The schedule tool is easy to use, and there is a CRM tool that helps with notes and other details from the meeting.

Cons

There is no APP for smartphones, though they do have a web-app that allows you to access info. This is okay, but would be quicker and easier if there was a full app to access the schedule.
