10to8 Software


 

10to8 is a cloud-based booking solution for small to large businesses in all industries. It provides users with a customized booking website where clients can schedule appointments, pay for events and services and access existing bookings.

Clients can schedule, cancel and reschedule appointments as needed. Appointments are automatically synched with user calendars, and 10to8 can integrate with Gmail, Outlook, iCal and more. Users can maintain multiple calendars if necessary. Attendees can receive email and text message reminders, and users can store notes, questionnaires and other client data.

Booking buttons and forms can be embedded into existing websites, and users can also access a direct chat feature to talk with clients. Reporting features allow users to track confirmed appointments, unpaid bills and more. 10to8 also provides multi-language support and allows users to customize their dashboard.

Email and phone support are offered. Pricing is per user per month.

Again, we have had great success in retaining our patients and ameliorating missed appointments.

Pros

Working for a nonprofit, we don't have a large patient base. Since there are only two providers, we are able to use the free version of 10to8 for our patient scheduling. It has been so easy to use, makes communicating with patients very easy, and the appointment reminders have helped to retain our caseload with no missed appointments!

Cons

At this time, there are no apparent cons of the 10to8 service. The only thing that I think would make it more successful and helpful, would be to offer a secure phone app that providers and users could use to schedule meetings or appointments or view their schedule when they are away from a computer.

Good booking software is rare to find. And even harder is to find one with decent integrations. 10to8 has both. But what I like the most is that this tool is still improving so the best is yet to come.

Cons

Its aesthetic is still a little rough. A good user experience (especially if you want to attract the savviest ones) also depends on a neat, updated and really good looking interface.

A true timesaver.. Excellent.

Pros

It saves me tons of time. Having the clients choose their own time is a relief and I have had none no-shows sins I started to use the program.

Cons

Support..
It is more or less useless. I have had a few questions and it has been impossible to have a fluid conversation with support sins it takes often days to get a reply. And even though support really is trying the time between responses makes it useless.
I cant wait for a week to have my question resolved. It is just not working for me.

I like the convenience it provides my clients. I like the messaging and the varibility that it offers.

Cons

When it takes me forever to do something or change something it is very disappointing. When a client tells me that they tried to make an appointment and that the site wouldn't let him schedule, that is very inconvenient and can equate to a loss of business. Not happy about that.

The price, and the promises that it would be great. The interface is pretty, and setup was easy....

Cons

Unfortunately, many of clients cannot schedule appointments using their iPhones. They cannot scroll past the first appointment time of the day - it only shows the first appointment of the day!
I contacted support on May 2, 2018, and all replies from support have taken DAYS. It is now 12 days later, and the problem has not been resolved.

I love how easy it is to set up! I like the reminders feature, it has helped us cut down on no shows drastically. I like that we can have it linked to our individual google calendars and that it will block out time in the 10to8 calendar when I add the appointment to my Google calendar.

Cons

I don't like that I can no personalize the reminder emails and text message biased on the type of appointment someone has scheduled.

Where do I start?

1. No dedicated app. Very buggy on the iphone web app.
2. Literally unreadable and a messy on the iphone app. Can barely read the menu.
3. No phone or tech support for businesses in the USA. Based outside of working business hours for North American businesses.
4. Online support is bad. Not even close to being helpful.
5. After doing everything right, my appointments on the desktop version and my phone are 2 HOURS APART! Yes, i've checked timezone stuff. Now I need tech support and they're all...you guessed it...sleeping. This is not 24/7 support.

I love how easy it integrates with my other accounts that have a calendar functionality so that my clients and I never miss a meeting!

Cons

The onboarding process could be a bit better - especially with videos. Now, I don't say this to scare anyone off - 10to8 IS easy to understand and grasp the concepts of how to make it work for your business. This is just a small critique and nothing more. Overall, 10to8 is an EXCELLENT scheduling platform!

My clients love the reminders about their appointments ; and it is free with under 100 appointments a month!

Cons

There have been rare times where there have been mistakes made on the scheduling. It is easy to miss these mistakes. Also, when clients respond through the email, I don't always notice their response right away. It would be better if I received a text response.
