That after the contact was signed, support is non-existent and the product is horrible and non-compliant.

Very bad constantly harassing us for money on a contract that has been canceled.

My overall experience is very good. I really like this software, it is so easy to use and makes everyday tasks simple.

It is a great cost cutting software for business in which there employees are travelling because you can know where they were and how much time they spent on each jobs.

Have to use a stand alone tablet; Hard to integrate with other software (fuel tracking).

Lack of features- tracking service of vehicles is incredibly hard. The merging of our fuel took over a month and many emails - you have to have time for follow ups.

Limited integrations: Some users have reported that the platform does not integrate with other software and systems they use.

Worst Customer Service and Ridiculous Contracts.

This software has been a lifesaver in a few cases with being able to see who is speeding and where they are.

Also, what pissed me off is that I had to extend my subscription in order to allow access for a brokerage company.

I had to call 20 times in order to cancell it. Started calling in January and still I got charged 2 moth after contract was cancelled.

So when you do pay, they still dump you into their collections process with numerous threatening calls which are automated and require you to call them back.

I find the product easy to use and the job management capabilities are great. Verizon WORK also integrates with our MYOB accounting software and that works really well for us.

I want OUT, but they say I would have to pay them $4,000 to get out of my contract, even though they have broken the contract by giving horrible customer service.

Their customer service, the products and features and the overall price are great. Honestly after reviewing 3 or 4 competitors this is the best option.

The platform is great- easy to use. Smooth online and app experience.

After having the system for 2 years certain things I had I no longer have and the transponders have begun failing and its been difficult to get back up and working properly.

It is pretty use to use once it is installed and up and running. Website interface is user friendly.

Units disappear from the system with no explanation. Their own integration within components is weak.

Our experience has been good and we feel that this has made a big difference within our organization for driving safer and just being able to keep track of our vehicles when we need to.

It was ultimately not usable because it exposed our company to risks of being unable to meet federal ELD mandates due to its regular failures.

I love the ease of use and the ability to set up reports that relate to  my business.
