ZealSchedule was great

Very happy with ZealSchedule

Pros

The customer service is excellent, I ran into so many issues trying to find a scheduling system that would work for my 24-hour business. ZealSchedule helped me go from start to finish to using their system to fit into our companies schedule.

Cons

Nothing at all! The backend and frontend work great and it runs on our website perfect.

All around awful

I used ZealSchedule briefly to let customers book appointments for my business through my website. I purchased a monthly subscription before switch to Square's much more robust and convenient scheduling solution. I have attempted several times to contact someone at ZealSchedule to cancel my subscription as the site does not offer a way for customers to cancel their own subscriptions but after many emails and calls have still not heard from person one while I continued to get billed monthly. Just stay away.

Pros

Relatively easy to integrate booking widget into website.

Cons

Not very flexible and requires integrating with a third-party payment app. You're much better off using Square's scheduling platform.
