Hanzo solved a problem others could not
Customer service is top notch, but we never have issues. The support team at Hanzo is always adding value and keeping us informed.
PROSReliable and Multi-functional, Hanzo gives us more than just a compliance tool. Our new sites use JS frameworks to load heavy data pages, no other archive service could crawl and archive these pages as pixel perfect as Hanzo. We switched to them after we launched the new sites and never looked back.
CONSSave to PDF functionality needs work, sometimes long pages can be a problem.
Reasons for switching to Hanzo
Global Relay could not archive our JS heavy pages (at the time).

Hanzo Archiving
I have been the vendor manager for Hanzo for about a year now. It has been pretty easy to manage and their support is very appreciated.
PROSThe dashboard makes it easy to locate and pull archives. Setting up the archives is pretty simple. Thier support is very responsive to urgent needs.
CONSYou need to have some DB capabilities to do some of the dashboard searches. For a simple user, it might get tough to find certain archives.
Reason for choosing Hanzo
The decision was made three managers ago, so the process is not known to me.

Public site archiving
Hanzo meets/exceeds all of our requirements around archiving our public sites. They are quick to address any issues that arise. They are very responsive and always make themselves accessible.
CONSI dont have anything that I dislike. This product delivers what we need.

Customer service is amazing!
Customer service is amazing! Hanzo support is always available when we need them. They are also open with recommendations for the betterment of the process. I really appreciate how the Hanzo vendor used check-ins to know how we are doing with the Hanzo tool.
PROShe tool is great compared to our previous archiving tool. Hanzo has a very simple interface which I like the most because it is easy to navigate.
CONSHanzo dashboard could be improved/enhanced.

Hanzo is by the far the best of breed in the field of web site and social media archiving
Outstanding experience with Hanzo from beginning to end.
PROS- Dynamic and static archiving is 100% reliable, complete and correct - Customer Support is best I have experienced in this field - Not requiring a site map is a huge benefit
CONSNothing at this point. Hanzo has everything we are looking for in an archiving provider.

Top litigation software
Hanzo covers a wide range of features, including ediscovery, archiving, compliance software and legal document management. It delivers and overall sucessfull experience and it lacks compatibility issues because it's web based. It integrates great with google workspace, slack and box.
CONSHanzo doesn't have some useful archiving features such as email archiving, ediscovery as well would benefit users haing case analytics and document tracking. I feel that access controls and collaboratio tools in legal document management are missing too.

Fantastic! They are very responsive and always willing to help and support!
PROSBeing able to run data collections and indexing on home grown sites to better review potentially responsive data.
CONSI believe this was solved, but the use of Hanzo's machines to run their tools on on prem sites. Using an agent to locally collect and empower clients themselves to be power users of the tool. Again, I think this may have already been addressed.
