Docebo is the way to go!
Overall based on many different previously used LMSs, it's like night and day. Docebo is so much easier to use than anything. Just hired two new team members and they both after 1 week in Docebo cant believe how much easier it is than any other system.
CONSChecklist feature needs to do much better with reporting and scheduling features.
Reason for choosing Docebo
Had more capabilities and custom abilities. Easier to program on backend.

Why I like Docebo Learn
Overall the experience with Docebo has been positive. They are very engaged with me & when I was at their annual meeting, the account manager introduced me to people who could help in some things he knew I would be interested in. Just one more reason to appreciate the customer experience with them.
PROSDocebo has a platform that we can grow into. They make updates that make the organization look good, as it keeps the learner view and/or experience fresh. The customer service aspect is very good - there is a chat & a knowledge library & community at your fingertips. And they have a system of upvoting ideas that the community may make.
CONSWhen setting up your system, there are a lot of things to do. One of the frustrating things can be the number of clicks to create something.
Reason for choosing Docebo
Ultimately, we choose Docebo because it looked fresh, it looked like it kept up with the times - our customer base ranges from 19 year olds to 80+ and so we needed it to be visually appealing for our great content, but we also needed it to be user-friendly. As we have learned more about the system, we have incorporated more of the features.
Reasons for switching to Docebo
Not sure that it was "Viewpoint 5.0", but the latest name was Conduent. It was very static - though easy to set up courses - the look and experience had not changed for years. Also, the customer service was terrible as the company changed hands (once known as LearnSomething & then Xerox, before going to Conduent) several times.

Worst customer support model of any LMS provider.
We have been disappointed since the beginning of our implementation. It was extremely haphazard with no real direction. We got spreadsheets of tasks but those were abandoned by our implementation person early. Our CSM has been less than helpful, she booked a demo of one of the features we were interested in exploring in addition to our current services but didn't invite the right people to the call so everyone (including several of our directors) wasted their time.
PROSSome of the workflows are intuitive. Supports a lot of file formats.
CONSClunky navigation. Our users consistently report negative feedback. There are bugs in the workflows, customer support all give different responses and often are incorrect. The support is just awful being in EST with no phone support (even for fee) available. issues take a long time to solve (sometimes months) and support is very slow. This is not a very well developed or managed application given the breadth and scope of issues we've encountered.
Reason for choosing Docebo
nope.

My favorite LMS!
I've used Docebo with two different companies. I've had an overall good experience and would choose it again. Most of my everyday tasks work well and are easy to use.
PROSI love the way users, courses, lesson plans, and reporting are organized. I can generally configure the platform to do what I need to do regarding managing users and tracking course completions/scores. I also love how the dashboard and buttons can be customized. I was able to configure the look and feel of the platform to match our branding.
CONSMy least favorite aspect is the difficulty of trying to troubleshoot bugs in the system. We've had some tracking issues without Docebo Marketplace content that haven't been able to be resolved. When I have to ask IT for help, my requests are generally unresolved.
Reason for choosing Docebo
Ease of use, intuitive navigation, branding, and reporting options
Reasons for switching to Docebo
Learning 360 doesn't have anywhere near the features Docebo has available. The user interface and course screens are very basic and not customizable.

Endless Customization
Docebo enabled us to start creating an ecosystem of learning. We are thrilled with the flexibility and customizability we have within the platform, and are continuing to find new uses for driving learners into our portal.
PROSFor our use case, we wanted a highly customizable platform that would enable us to create custom learning experiences around "moments that matter." This was simple to achieve within the Docebo platform due to the ability to segment users to provide them with targeted experiences, and the ease of use with designing pages and menus.
CONSThe only thing that feels like a miss is not having the ability to send a direct calendar invite automatically upon enrollment. Instead, you receive an enrollment notification with the option to download the calendar invite. We've had some confusion with learners, and attendance issues due to the extra step required to add learning to an external calendar.
Reason for choosing Docebo
The customer care pre-sales was TOP NOTCH! Also, pricing for the system quality was superior.
Reasons for switching to Docebo
We were unable to customize Workday, and had very limited access to setup and reporting as it is also our HRIS system.

An LMS with almost infinite possibilities
Overall Docebo is one of the Top notch solutions when it comes to LMS-tools. It helped us setting up a whole new business within a really short time range because of good onboardings. We created a missing piece in our branch and with it we solved one of the biggest challenges out branch has.
PROSDocebo is a more than complete LMS which makes it easy to lesen/teach specific content created either directly on the platform or with additional software authoring tools. What I like the most are the widespread possibilities we have because of the number of features. Even after using it for almost five years there are still functions I didn‘t know.Because if the constant development the software becomes better every month. The reporting possibilities are also a huge plus compared to other solutions. It has never been that easy to check the of a users learning experience.
CONSBecause of the mentioned wide range of features it takes some time to get familiar with all functions.Sometimes I get the feeling that working on new stuff is more important than improving existing features, even through it is requested a lot.Not saying they ignore the requests, but sometimes the development takes a lot of time.
Reasons for switching to Docebo
The quick growth of users and the amount of learners using it at the same time was too much for WP.

Good LMS, but needs enhancements
The reporting aspect was pretty decent, easy to create reports
CONSThe Customer Support was lacking. Even after sending them video recordings or screenshots of the issues, they would eventually respond back that they needed more information. Seemed like a delay tactic and we would rarely get them to fix anything.

Docebo as LMS
1. Scheduled reports - we're able to feed data to a dashboard and send daily reports to other users with ease 2. Groups and enrollment rules - users are automatically assigned to courses 3. Pages - let's us organize and market content according to programs and use 4. Notifications - we're able to push event reminders to users 5. Workday Integration
CONS1. Helpdesk - some answers from the Helpdesk are not accurate 2. Built-in dashboards - not customisable and not very useful for our organization so we had to create our own
Reasons for switching to Docebo
Reports were the very first issue. There was just so many that had to be setup and automation was very much needed but while this was also possible with Moodle, there was so much effort that was required to set it up.

Docebo - Great concept! Implementation needs work.
Great sales cycle, great implementation process, poor after care.
PROSOverall good experience for learners, trainers, and admins. Good functionality as compared to other systems out there. The reporting and manager features work well.
CONSWhen you get into the details and start using the system, you are surprised with functionality that does not go all the way, as expected. Bugs that show up randomly.
Reason for choosing Docebo
Better overall experience compared to the rest.

Docebo offers the features that we need... and more!
We are very happy with how we've been able to grow our instance since making the switch to Docebo 2+ years ago. We are able to offer our learners a much more comprehensive learning journey!
PROSDocebo is flexible to meet the requirements of our external, enterprise business as well as our internal company training and compliance testing.
CONSThere are still some inconsistencies with similar features that aren't always obvious from the start.
Reasons for switching to Docebo
We needed more robust support for our Enterprise instance.

Good platform for learning platform
My overall experience with Docebo has been positive. Despite the few challenges the benefits significantly outweigh the drawbacks. The platform has transformed how we approach learning and development, making it more dynamic and accessible. Its user-friendly nature and comprehensive learning tools have made it an invaluable asset to our training strategy. While there's room for improvement, particularly in support and integrations, I'd still recommend Docebo to anyone looking for a robust learning management system.
PROSDocebo shines with its wide array of learning tools and resources. The ability to customize learning paths for different users is a game-changer for me. It's streamlined the training process for my team, making it easier to track progress and engagement. The platform is user-friendly. I found navigating through courses, creating content, and monitoring learner progress straightforward from the get-go. This ease of use has significantly reduced the time I spend on administrative tasks.
CONSIntegration Challenges: While Docebo offers integration capabilities, I've encountered some hurdles getting it to seamlessly connect with other tools we use. This has sometimes led to workflow inefficiencies and a need for workarounds.

Great UI and easy to use
I have had a very positive experience with Docebo through product selection, implementation and ongoing management. Our CSM, [sensitive content hidden], is fantastic to work with and always brings lots of great ideas and provides us with knowledge and support where needed.
PROSDocebo is extremely easy to use in the back and front end. Our main driver in product selection was for a platform that was easy to use and customisable, Docebo ticked both of these boxes. We leverage the custom pages extensively to highlight our different training programmes. The administration is easy and clean to use with enough options for flexibility but no too many so that it becomes overly complicated.
CONSThere are some areas of the platform which are clearly older such as the user personal summary and the activities area. These areas lack some of the great features which are in other areas of the system, such as filtering and a clean user interface.

Lots of features, good value for your money
There's a ton of cool features in Docebo, the biggest downside is that some of them feel neglected. Once they focus on fixing that and bringing everything up to their current standards, it will be fantastic.
PROS- A lot of features (e.g. gamification, ILTs, learning plans, power users, enrollment rules, automatic groups, etc.) - Great customization (branding, custom pages, access to CSS
CONS- Some features have not been updated in a long time (e.g. learning plans, catalogs, skill management). - Some pages cannot be customized for some reason (e.g. gamification page, my team, my profile) - Customer service is quick to help but after so many years working with the tool, I sometimes know the answer they are giving me is not correct and need to prove it before they admit it

Docebo is a good option for LMS
The experience has improved over the last few months. It has been challenging to get concrete responses related to issues we have been experiencing.
PROSEasy to use - intuitive platform, with a lot of features.
CONSFurther case scenario testing is required before deploying a new feature. We went through several implementations for which we had challenges. Also, I think there is an opportunity to improve basic existent features in the LMS, such as automated unenrollment, and course search and navigation...

Super Admin Review of Docebo as an LMS
My experience with the support chat feature has been pretty amazing. We did not have the ability to contact the platform of our former LMS so even just being able to validate that there isn't a better way (when developing a workaround for a feature not yet available) is very helpful.
PROSIt's lightyears ahead of our former LMS, but as we grow into using more aspect of the platform, the pain points are more prominent.
CONSlack of intuitive reporting (see above, cobble together various reports) and soft deadlines for LPs (IE we can't use days of validity on LPs for this reason). These are my two biggest pain points at the moment.
Reasons for switching to Docebo
Primarily for a better learner experience. Our former system wasn't actually intended to be used as an LMS so it was full of workarounds.

They have been the most phenomenal partners for our organization. We truly believe that their success has allowed us to experience the growth and success we have driving a learning culture.
PROSWe love the fact the software is constantly growing and evolving and has allowed us to grow beyond what we originally thought possible. We also love the partnership we have with Docebo. We feel our business truly matters to them and that they listen to our needs and use cases to help us solve any issues.
CONSThe software is growing and evolving quickly, it sometimes feels like they are moving quickly onto the next product rather than fully developing what they were working on. The product or new feature may be 95%-99% complete.

CONSAll the coins have two faces, the cons in Docebo are related to the pros: the strong customization capabilities make the platform administration complex, and it needs to have a high level of specific knowledge.

Nice but not with Joomla
They offer an integration with Joomla but unfortunatly that does not work for users on mobile devices. Since everyone uses that lately the integration is pretty much worthless. The platform itself is pretty good tough.
Vendor Response
Hello and thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. Please allow me to address some points: About the Docebo – Joomla integration: Docebo's Joomla integration is an off the shelf and free of charge integration (very few other vendors offer such an integration at no cost). This kind of integration can be improved upon given a specific requirement. We provide a first level integration that satisfies pervasive product requests, while we address customer driven scenarios, on a case by case basis. Very few other LMS players offer a similar integration at no cost, and when they do they charge it on a custom basis. We are capable of offering a tailored integration by adding details to an existing version and that’s one of Docebo’s many advantages. Regarding use on mobile devices: While we understand that there are some limitations around the integration and mobile devices, we'd probably have to defer to a deeper analysis of what ‘mobile device’ means. There are a variety of aspects when designing responsive interfaces for say an iPhone or an iPad. We feel that Joomla integration ties into a mobile learning strategy, and may require some ad-hoc work that could leverage the basis of our integration to make it more efficient. This might require a small portion of additional cost, which we would be happy to co-invest in. If this interests you please do contact us directly! On the integration’s usefulness: stating that the integration with Joomla is worthless because it does not interoperate effectively with mobile technologies is not what we are seeing currently among our user base. Over 100 Docebo customers use that module with their existing Joomla site and don't find the mobile aspect a block as it is. A few customers have requested additional capabilities (i.e. a full management of the course catalogue within Joomla) and we have implemented those requests with great satisfaction on the part of the client and user.

Everything you could ever want in an LMS!
We adopted Docebo as our LMS almost two years ago and have never regretted the decision. The robust features, superlative customer service, and the ease in which you can empower other users has been a boon to our learning/training initiatives. Any issue we have encountered has been solved either by the LMS itself, or by working with a technical representative to come up with a solution. Our instance supports over 10,000 users with multiple domains, and Docebo handles all of this seamlessly. Our end users have also remarked on the easy navigation and pleasant UI/UX. I can't imagine using another LMS with the same level of success Docebo has provided.
PROSEase of use, robust customization options, user friendly, great technical support.
CONSThere could be better communication of smaller updates or patches to the system. Major initiatives are communicated, but some smaller changes are not done so with the same urgency.

Have had to delay the release of our new elearning course repeatedly due to bugs in the new release.
Decent reporting. Product seemed to work pretty well before newest release. It has some nice features. Price is competitive.
CONSLOTS of things are broken in the new release. Even the "next" button that takes learners through a course doesn't work. We've wasted hundreds of hours of staff time explaining problems to Docebo, getting screen shots and videos for them, and trying to develop workarounds. This upgrade should not have been released without more internal testing. It's a mess and new problems creep up every day. And things will be fixed one day and broken again the next. It's taking forever to get the bugs fixed. Meanwhile, we keep having to explain to our members why our courses aren't working. I no longer have any confidence in the company.

Great E-Learning Platform
It was different from your average e-learning platform. It had very visual aspects and was more attractive than a power point presentation, for example. Read all its aspects and see if it is right for your company. It has excellent e-learning tools and new approaches on how information can be transmitted.
PROSIt was a good platform for our online learning; however, we never integrate with any other application that we currently use, which has prevented us from using it so frequently. It has great potential but it lacked the commitment we needed.
