Ocoya is simply awesome!

PROS

Ocoya is a great all-in-one tool for social media marketing. Ocoya is an awesome AI writing, social media scheduling and social media post creating tool packed with lots of features. The app is easy to use and automatically posts content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Ocoya also allows you to schedule posts for the future. The app has a great user interface that is clean and easy to use. I would recommend Ocoya to anyone who wants to save time on managing their social media accounts. I love that I can create posts and schedule them in advance, and the AI writing is so much better than what I could ever do. The social media scheduling and post creating tool also has a great future because it's so easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere.

CONS

There were some bugs in scheduling the posts, but the team of Ocoya was always trying to fix problems fast and to give great support via their Facebook group. So thumbs up for the good support - and no real cons here.

Ocoya has the best feature set according to their price-performance ratio. Even if Hootsuite is more mature and FeedHive less pricy, you can't go wrong with Ocoya

Content's Promotion Tool Combines Cutting-edge Functionality

Using Ocoya, I can create the perfect social media post by organizing my posts in advance. Using its easy-to-use interface allows me to customize the posts with pre-set templates, graphics, layouts, and Travis AI, a powerful copywriter that creates a script with minimal, if any, grammar errors.

PROS

Content marketing can be complicated. Ocoya is a complete solution that streamlines the process. It can be used to create, distribute, and optimize content regularly. It is easy to make captions with Travis AI, which is my favorite feature. In addition to the intuitive interface and Canva integration, this product offers AI writing capabilities and e-commerce integration. It's encouraging that the founder listens to users and is building out a roadmap that will make this even more useful.

CONS

A unified social inbox and auto-moderation in the inbox are the only 2 things holding this tool back from perfection.

Terrible and no customer support

I cannot believe the number of emails I have sent that they have just ignored. I have resorted to posting reviews in order I get some kind of response from them and to stop other people wasting their money on this utter rubbish.

PROS

Not much to be honest. So much of the functionality doesn’t work. Lots of promises about new stuff coming out that is constantly delayed. But they can’t even get their current offering to work, so why worry about new releases….?

CONS

It is very glitchy. Sometimes my scheduled posts just don't get posted. Sometimes they post but with only half the caption. Some times they seem to post somewhere, as I can see in my notifications that someone has liked it, but the post doesn't appear in my grid? I am unable to edit any of the images in ocoya, everytime I try I just get their timer symbol going round in circles forever. If a scheduled post doesn't successful post, I am unable to edit it and repost it - I have to re write the post in full. I have emailed customer services but they have stopped replying to me and have offered no help at all. I’ve also tried their Facebook group but either they don’t approve my posts or if I comment on someone else’s post they ignore me.So I can’t get any help.I wouldn’t waste your money on this AI.

Perfect all-in-one tool for advertising your business.

I usually have a hard time doing marketing for my business. Having to use different tools in order to publish content for my pages. Then came this amazing app Ocoya, it has all the features that I needed! First, I can use VistaCreate inside of Ocoya and generate my content. Then using Travis.ai, it helps me generate the captions that I need to go along with the graphics. I can also schedule the time to upload it to my page. The only thing I can suggest is to make the analytics page more detailed and clean as possible. It will boost the user experience tremendously. But overall, it is a powerful tool.

PROS

What I like the best is having all the stuff that I need with regards to advertising my business. I have Travis.ai for Copywrite generations. Then VistaCreate and Canva are also available to generate my graphics, I don't have to leave the platform to do that.

CONS

What I really want to be improved is the Analytics tab, I would suggest having more detailed analytics for my post, page and customer engagement. Also, a clean and simple UI will be a plus.

The perfect all-in-one for agencies. This is a serious weapon for managing client campaigns.

There are multiple options at your fingertips with Ocoya that you'd normally have to jump in another app or tab to accomplish. I love how this tool helps us manage multiple client's campaigns and posts by having access to everything in one place, plus adding value with ai, graphics tools, etc. that simplify and speed up your workflow.

PROS

I had been looking for an ai-based social media management tool that could help us write content and manage campaigns without moving between multiple tools. I came across Ocoya and decided to invest in it because it's very easy to get campaigns launched & out the door, which is something that I really wanted from this platform!

CONS

Google Business Profile integration / GMB Posts are on their roadmap, but still haven't been launched. We're very eager to have this functionality added because GMB Posts are incredibly important for local businesses and driving Local SEO results.

Reasons for switching to Ocoya

We had several tools in our toolbox to handle each project, but had to constantly switch around, log in & set up one thing or another for each client and so on... total time drain. This allows us to just use one tool that does it all and the onboarding process for new clients & campaigns is much faster.

I just love it. It's easy to use and we can have all of our accounts connected in one space and with that we can manage everything in one place.

Just love how you can integrate Canva, which a lot of SME's use, and push a post from the dashboard. It's jus easy.

Talk about streamlined

I've already reommended this product to numerous colleagues - from creating the artwork to publishing it can literally take a few seconds and the content is the correct size and targetted to the correct audiences at the correct time. This one product bundles in tools that you previously had to use independently under one roof. Top notch.

Ocoya Helps You Save Time & Money And Get Real Results with Social Media Marketing

The overall experience has been very nice. I got a quick response from the support team whenever I faced any issues. They are also very active in their Facebook community, which builds a better connection with the team behind. Updates & fixes have been regularly coming. And obviously, the tool has been giving us major benefits in our total social media effort.

PROS

The most unique & important feature that Ocoya has is the fact that you can do everything you need to create, optimize & plan a month's worth of content inside a single dashboard. Also, their very own Artificial Intelligent copywriting tool is just awesome to have, and in fact, it saved me additional costs of having another tool for this purpose.

CONS

Nothing to dislike yet, really. But I would definitely want to see improvements in their AI tool because it's fairly new and requires more training to deliver better outputs. Also, media buying is a very important aspect of social media marketing, so I would love to see Ocoya adding something there too.

For better process and simplicity. With Ocoya, I don't have to open multiple tabs & create the posts separately on another tool. That's a huge time-saver.

Automation and AI = nextGen Social Medial Marketing and more

It replaces many social media marketing tools and simply fits all our needs. It's a good investment. We also have opportunities to learn how to better use the Ocoya platform itself, because it's feature-packed - you can use specific tools and be able to do more than just social media content generation, scheduling and publishing. (It's all about our creativity and ideas and needs. Ocoya can do a lot.)

PROS

Our Marketing department, specifically our social media uses Ocoya and they have a lot of positive feedback. It allows us to develop an SM (social marketing) strategy for the day, week, or even whole month. It offloads a lot of work and makes our social team free from doing other tasks. It saves time and money. We mainly use it as a tool to create social media posts + write content with a combined AI-powered tool (Travis) and humans in our team, then schedule posts for publishing on social media... But Ocoya can do a lot of good stuff if you dig into it. For example, if you wanna send a Bulk SMS campaign - you can use it just for that. Travis AI will help you if you lack that little inspiration. The team behind Ocoya seems focused on the improvements, support is excellent too.

CONS

1) It's oriented towards social media post planning. That's the centerpiece It's well-executed but it's still in focus. - I believe that the Travis AI (my favorite feature) could be extended, and serve as a tool for even much more, different use case scenarios. 2) Certain features like Advanced reporting require higher plans. It's legitimate from their perspective but I wish I could use some features/miss them, and Ocoya already has them. 3) You can run into problems with certain image sizes 4) Link shortener works only for posts

Ocoya makes it easy, simple and smart in presenting your products and services...It make all things social! Aside from eCommerce websites like eBay, you can link your twitter or facebook accounts to Ocoya to maximize your marketing efforts. This way you don't have to waste time logging into multiple programs to upload a photo or post an update on all of your social media profiles.

Dashboard The layout is clean, smart, very neat and it looks cartoonist! Easy to navigate and fonts/wordings are clear and you wont missed the "Create" button on top. If you know canva, this would be a walk in park Generating a marketing content takes and guides with you by the hand, so you wont get lost. Facebook and Instagram integration was a breeze. Pending shopify tests. The constant flashing on top right corner (attention seeker!) The best content marketing platform we can find in the market!

The platform allows me to schedule posts on various social media accounts, search for trending hashtags, and create captions and content using an AI tool. With Ocoya it is now much easier to find the perfect graphic for all my campaigns. I love Ocoya and I recommend it 1000%. ;)

A super helpful social media scheduler (that include AI)

I'm very pleased with Ocoya and it's replaced buffer for me. It has more features, a nice user experience and that just makes scheduling content that little bit easier with AI.

PROS

The social scheduling and previews are great, and the AI copywriter makes ideas for captions much easier.

CONS

More integrations would be great, and Twitter threads would be good (however, maybe not now with the huge Api cost)

Ocoya potentially can become the Ultimate Marketing Suite, One workspace for Copywriting Travis Ai + Content Creation + Scheduling (Hootsuite) + Analytics. Love the Trending hashtag, caption generator in publishing page.

CONS

Free Trial should be more generous to 7 days instead of numbers of usage. Travis AI is progressing, hope to see more improved results and able to summarize article. Scheduling: No Ai-based predictive auto scheduling to generate higher reach and engagement. Need richer content and template : static page to video to animated content.

Some bugs when loading the creative designer, however the Ocoya team fixed the issues immediately with their help from their Facebook group. So, thumbs up for their great support!

Ocoya is an awesome AI writing, social media scheduling and social media post creating tool with a great future. It is so easy to use, and it has been a huge time saver for me. I am able to create posts for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram all from one place. The best part is that I can do this from everywhere, because its completely SaaS. It also saves me a lot of time by automatically scheduling posts on my behalf! I love Ocoya because it helps me stay on top of my social media and blog posts. It's also an AI writing tool, so I can create content without having to spend hours writing. I also love that it's a social media scheduling and post creating tool in one!

CONS

The team at Ocoya was constantly working to remedy mistakes in the scheduling of posts, and the team's incredibly active and responsive Facebook page demonstrated just how serious they were in their duties. So kudos for the excellent support-and absolutely no cons were found here.

All-In-One Package

They've solved a lot of issues that we would have with content creation for social media. It used to take up a lot more time before but now it's a breeze and it's even fun to actually make content.

PROS

The UI is very modern and really easy to navigate. The software also just works. If I click a button, it does exactly what I think it's intended to do. The whole product is relatively easy to use and makes it even fun to use. I like the content creator and the scheduler for Ocoya and I love the Travis AI. It's really helpful if you're just stuck and not sure what content to create or right about, it helps give you at least a baseline for you to start. Super helpful.

CONS

The only complaints I have are temporary because the team behind this product is working like crazy to get new features out. They're currently a little limited as far as integrations and partnerships go because they're missing a few things like GoogleMyBusiness, Pinterest, Amazon, and Magento, but these are all planned features.

I was looking for a platform that would allow me to create great content and Ocoya is the best. It is a content marketing platform that lets you do everything in one place, from ai-generated captions to graphics, hashtags, and more. I love how easy it is to use.

CONS

With all the tools available, it can sometimes become laggy or buggy. This is something, however, the developers are constantly working on and I appreciate their hard work.

Everything well designed

PROS

I would like to emphasize the particularly good design of the entire platform, as well as the available templates for social media posts. As a designer, I attach great importance to a clear and well-thought-out structure, and this is exactly what Ocoya provides. Creating posts for social media with the integrated design editor as well as via Canva integration is truly easy. The templates available have been designed with a lot of love and detail. I must say that the templates are very different from other design editors. However, it becomes especially convenient when you can schedule the just designed post directly from Ocoya and publish it on the Social Media accounts. And this works really, really reliably!

CONS

Here and there you land on a 404 page, but that's all there is to complain about so far. The platform is still very young, so small errors are part of it, which I can overlook.

Perfect Scheduling software for Busy Internet Marketers

I've tried a lot of software, even brought some script by myself from codecanyon and guess what! I've just wasted all my money and time, recently I've discovered Ocoya from AppSumo, go for a trail account, and guess what? this is what I was looking for years, it's pretty much all you need for running all the social media account. Just set up and forget it. I really love how easy it is to create all the things in one place and post on all the social media account in a sec or I can schedule for a later time. I loved it.

-Easy to navigate -Affordable -Pretty much automated

CONS

The number of social accounts/pages you can link is limited.

My Social Media Marketing Solution

Now I can understand the power of social platforms because of Ocoya. I generates huge traffic for my money sites.

PROS

After purchasing Ocoya, saved 80+ hours per month. Now my team members can research, write, design, and then publish or schedule posts to my social profiles/pages within a few minutes. They can do one month's works within 20 hours.

CONS

I didn't find anything yet to report. They have an awesome roadmap and improving the tool day by day. So I don't have any con to say.

Reasons for switching to Ocoya

Radaar is just a post scheduler.
