Very good application for Audit and Quick Kaizen management
+ Adapting the application to the needs of the organization, continuous development + Ability to create any type of audits (in any configuration) + excellent supervision of non-conformities + A very good Quick Kaizen module (connection with the phone application Pulse, easy progress tracking, email reports, rankings, feedback for employees) + Technical support, quick help, great contact with the supplier

It made our daily business way more simple
The UI is very good and easy. We are using two softwares from RubyLogic and the UI was very good in multiple softwares we saw. The handling is very intuitive and reaction of support very fast and precise.
CONSSo far we did not faced any issues for our use case.

Very good application to facilitate daily work
I have very good experiences with Action Audit, both in the application and support areas. I'm using thre softwares from RubyLogic, each allows for better work organisation, supervision and data processing. The added value is that each application gives indicators of the individual processes it relates to, KPIs. Additionaly easy progress tracking, email reports, rankings, feedback for employees. Technical support is also very important to, quick help, great contact with the supplier.
PROSVery good application for Audit, Quick Kaizen management and overseeing the implementation of engineering changes.
CONSI have no comments, at this stage of cooperation all inconveniences have been removed.
