You can however manually send them using the built-in inspection email function and selecting the applicable recipients from the list of site affiliated users. This gives the sender granular control. The archiving of reports, photos, and more provide us the historical data we need to effectively manage and support our Franchisees. Cons: My complaint isn't an issue with Bindy, but with the personnel who submit the reports. Inconsistency in the collection of information is a human challenge we are still working to address.
