Implementation Experience On Taqtics
We can able to get any details from all our 80 stores from a single POV. Assigning tasks got easier to followup. Improving the Store performance.
PROSWe tried lot of other applications for same needs but the Taqtics was easy to implement and to handle than the others. We implemented it in a very short span of time for all out 80 stores. And one of main thing in the implementation is the support and knowledge transfer provided by the Team. We started with the basic checklist and learning window and now started moving to ticketing systems and other SOP’s. I will take this opportunity to thank the Taqtics team for their tremendous support till now.
CONSAs of now we are full filled with the application and we are moving on to use it to the fullest.

Overall Experience is good, easy to guide to further down the line. Monthly reporting has become quite easy to handle
PROSApplication is easy to use, quite fast it will work & customer support is really good, responds quickly and resolves the issue, team is very competent understand the user requirement and customize according to the need
CONSInteractive dash board feature has to be still better, Work flow management can be still be improved. There is area of improvement in the Data analysis part.

Taqtics Review & Functionality
Compliance on daily physical checks in the stores, issues being raised to the relevant departments if non compliant to help resolve. TAT due dates that show/help close on items faster
PROSIts has a great UI that's easy to maneuver for users. Save option that back up your progress on cloud even when the app closes or the device goes off you can still continue with the checklist. Action points automatically getting created to the different departments based on a response on the checklist is simply a great tool that makes life quite easy.
CONSManager role rights that will allow a manger close a ticket or an issue on behalf of the creator once confirmed closed. Ability to transfer a ticket/action point to a team instead of an individual in a team, as for bigger team it would take some time adding one by one. Ability to edit due date for users as in some its giving an error in updating the due date. Auto department allocation on ticket creation - to reduce the number of fields a user has to fill when creating an issue to only two/three fields, the subject, classification ad an attachment if present. Allow table format being pasted on the body of ticket come as table format instead of a string. Lastly lack of reports on tickets and TAT that bring insights to productivity of the team.

Taqtics App Feedback
We have successfully implemented in our entities with more than 10 checklists, and users are tracking data easily and using the application efficiently.
PROS1. App is available on Web, Android, and iOS which really helps users to do data entry.2. Exporting different kinds of reports into Excel.3. Dashboard data helps easy to track data from date to date.
CONSApplication customization takes a bit more time.

Very poweful Task Management and Check list tool on Cloud
I would suggest using Taqtics if anyone is looking for a nice tool for task management with low cost. it fulfills almost all requirements.
PROSOur Most of the Kitchens are using this tool. Easly we can create a checklist templet. Taqtics's Mobile APP is very user friendly with nice UI and UX design.
CONSThey should integrate nice reporting tool like Power BI or something similar so our team can prepare the reports Easly, but they have inbuilt dashboard and its very useful.

good
PROSprocess & workflows is very important to us in our business. I like this functionality the most.
CONSCurrently Audit product is not that streamlined, where repeated task are highlighted and reports are not generated automatically or in pictorial form. This can be improved.

Good application for daily task and workflows
A good application to assign task to multiple members and get a single report. Have all the types of questions formats and other requirements.
